Watched a guy in the gym walk up to the water fountain with his tub of c4 and take a scoop of it straight into his mouth, chased it with water. I dunno if i should think he's a boss or a clown lol.

People on YouTube do that for creatine not a pre workout..
 
The idea isn't difficult, the execution is... Just eat real food. Try to avoid processed junk.

Results =\= long term health.

So why do people do IF?
I'm to the point where I hate veggies lol...can one of these "superfood" supps suffice?

Kindof on the same boat.

I mix em with fruit and blend em into a shake.

Broccoli, Spinach, Kale, Asparagus. You can barely taste it. Carrots are good too but the taste'll be there no matter what. If I mix any combo of those with some combo of pineapple, blueberries, strawberries - it completely kills the veggies flavor. If you're like me and you lack in the veggies department - these shakes make you feel like a super hero.
 
Think of IF as another way of calorie control

It's harder to eat 2000 calories in a 5-6 hour window than it is to eat 2000 calories throughout the day, then have an extra 500 calories at the end of the day.

Veggies are good... gotta keep that stomach alkaline to think straight.
Ninja some cauliflower to rice consistency add some eggs and sesame oil every night and make cauliflower "fried rice" $$$

When i was doing keto like 5 years ago i discovered that cauliflower everything. Was making breadsticks. Pizza dough. Rice. My goodness.


Yakisoba noodles also. Theyd give me the worst gas though

I'm just getting back myself! It feels good to get back in the gym guys. Slowly but surely I'm going to get my gains back!

This is my bros vids that I'm in and it sucks that I got weaker cause I haven't been to the gym in a long *** time lol. But the muscle memory is coming back, it feels good!

You guys can do it to, remember one day at a time, one workout at a time!

That damn feel when I want to bulk more but first place to get fat is my face :smh:

lol mine goes straight to my belly... and I don't "dirty bulk" it was from being a fat boy back in the day. it's slowly turning around though.
