Is your shoulder pain from benching?

My warm up is always the same for bench:

barx2x25
135x10
135x5
185x5
225x3
275x2


I normally do

Pushups
Rotator cuff exercises
Bar x 10
95 x 10
135 x 8
135 x 6

Thats my warmup and my working sets start at 185 and depending how I feel I do 4-6 reps, then go up.

Didnt really do rotator cuff exercises and I did only 1 set at 135 and jumped straight to 185. Big mistake. I knew I wasnt a buck when I struggled to do 4 reps at 185. My first heavy set always sucks though so didnt think too much of it.

I usually warm up with 1 set of 10 reps of 90, then go straight to the main course (3-5 sets of 8-10 reps of 245)
 
Bruhs im getting paranoid

As I said before im on vacation in California for 10 days, The first 2-3 days i was tracking macros and eating "clean", but eventually was like f dat i gotta live my life b and havent been counting macros, Ive been eating mad carbs lol.

But i woke up this morning and notice that my vascularity is WAYYYYY down, My veins are playing hide and go seek

lol with all that mental torture you put yourself through you should compete or something.
 
i've had chronic shoulder pain on bench press to the point where i've had to stop presses for a month and to this day i can barely unrack 135# from a regular incline bench (i can press the weight easily once i get assisted to unrack). the thing that's helped me the most was really taking time to 1) rehab my rotator cuffs and 2) rebuild my bench press with light weight and tweak my form. it was real important to correct my bar path and find a groove that allowed for less shoulder strain. my grip was too wide, i was lowering the bar too high on my chest and the biggest help was tucking my elbows in by trying to bend the bar towards me as i lowered it (bigboss always mentions this). if i'm grooved in properly and trying to bend that bar, my shoulders do not hurt even on heavier sets.

False. NON gym chicks HATE. Veins. It means nothing to them and they think its weird. Indont even know too many gym chicks who are in to them either but they know why a giy has them

I would go as far as to say that outside of gym chicks, most of them don't care about muscles

agreed,

my last g/f was a runner and on crew in college....Knows the importance of working out....
and still didn't/doesn't support me doing bodybuilding....
she likes my bit of muscle but doesn't like when i get cut for a show nor when im bulking and over 220. she likes me at the 195-200 stage.
