I think Dom looks good. I guess its all subjective because 80% of the people at my gym look way worse then he does.
Dude obviously lifts, that what makes him so funny. His jokes are spot on for anyone that lifts.

I forgot to mention about the creatine from previous post that it is 10 times more bioavailable than creatine monohydrate. Can someone explain what this means?

Why not??
First it's really grainy. Even if you put it in the blender you still get some grains. The chocolate flavor isn't a chocolatey as normal whey or isolate.

If this is something you genuinely wanna try, go for it. But I personally will just stick to whey.

Y'all a testy group in here

I am currently at 223lbs, hoping to get back down to 195-200lbs in the next few months. Can't do a muscle up to save my life, but I recently set a personal bench record of 335 :pimp:

it means that someone in the marketing department made up some bs to sell a product to fools who believe anything.

I hate deadlifting for (relatively) high reps. Damn near passed out while driving back home and almost ran a red light

They could have at least kept it modest at like, 2x more "bioavailable". 10x more anything sounds sus. If your product is that much better, why isn't it already sold out?

Is it normal to lose more weight than usual while on IF? Been losing about 4 pounds a week for the last 3 weeks. Calorie intake ihas roughly the same while I wasn't on it.
What times are you on it? And what's your caloric intake? I've been trying to get it right, but no dice. :smh:

I just hate the "fitness community" referring to the people that literally post a life story on something simple like a meal pic or on every single posing pic. Everyone is a personal trainer as well now.

This one chick at my gym was doing situps and feeling her abs at the same time as if she would be able to see the fat magically dissapear with each rep

Truuuueeee.

Im coming up on my 11 year anniversary of consistently working out.

Me 12 years aho would never have thought i would have made it 11 years strong.

I was going to answer, but I do CrossFit, so technically I don't workout. *sigh* :frown:

Always puzzled me that people choose to look into other people's lives, and then get mad at the stuff they are posting because those things are going on in their personal life. This generation.

Unfollow, block, ignore.

People are going to post about things they are into.

When I was heavy into shoes, my feed was full of shoe pics. That's what I was into. I would post about shoes, collections, purchases I planned on making, purchases I've made. That's what I was into (kind of why I'm here). I'm sure people that weren't into shoes that followed me, would think "****, this ************ and his shoes". Working out though, that brings out the feels man, like it really burns people. Let people cook, let them be happy that they have taken a journey that requires dedication and discipline.

I unfollowed a lot of shoe related accounts... "I'm just not that into you anymore" Shrug...

i enjoy other people sharing their lives with me through social media whether manufactured or not. during our morning staff meeting i go through my ig feed and "like" pretty much every pic, read some of the captions, play some of the vids with the sound off etc. the only fitness IGs that i follow are bigboss, superju and hookgrip  al audi is still in recuperation mode and bwood is in running shoe mode (very impressive variety of shoes posted btw).

Found some Romaleos 2s at my local outlet but they were a half-size smaller than I usually buy in Nikes. Anyone else size down in them? They're $150 and I think I can probably find a better deal online. But trying them on definitely made me reconsider what size to buy though.
