STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

Shoutout to @M BOIZ for the rep scheme a while back. Hit 275 for a new 1RM on bench yesterday. Felt like a champion. Hoping to get 3 wheels by the end of the year, if not at least by this time next year.

I can't even air squat without pain in my right butt. I must've pulled it at some point last time I worked out and not noticed...
 
New PR for me, hella siced :smokin squatted 290 for 3 reps. I def want to go heavier but i go in the morning and there usually nooone there to spot but except fo the old heads doing their random workouts :rolleyes

Man i don't know how people do it dieting sucks. I am literally hungry and thinking about food all day, every waking hour unless im doing physical activity. But i was 181 a month and a half ago and am 176 right now.

So about a lb a week. I want to try to get down to 170-173 range by the time fall soccer rolls around. But hopefully maintaining strength totals. Still want to be able to pull 405 and squat 365 at around 170 lbs. Got to stay diligent with the cardio is all

You should be fine as long as you still hitting your protein macros.



You tried IF or Carb Cycling? Easiest way to drop BF for me.

no i have been interested in carb cycling been never really looked into it like that if you have any insight appreciated.

I usually eat chicken rice and broc for lunch at work. But when i am cutting i just do chicken and broc. So i kind of carb cycle :lol:. But i am very simple when it comes to diet eveything. Eat clean...count cals if needed and work out. If cutting, up cardio and cut out some carbs if bulking add some chicken maybe an extra protein shake and cut back on the cardio.

One thing is for sure it is way less taxing on my body to run for 90 mins at this weight than at 180-185. Its hard to look in the mirror and see myself thinner and feel my clothes fit bigger, but if i can still put up numbers in the gym around my norms il be more than happy.
