I think if you are already signed into ebates and have open up the site page that you will be buying from, that you do not have to reopen the page to get cashback. Im not sure though but i believe I've done it that way before. If that answers your question.

to get attention and people to come in for Black Friday most likely miss out and cop something else cause u missed out
normally a lot of people wasnt even thinking about getting on NDC today they probably out at Best Buy/Wal Mart/The mall so when they see the tweet they rush to NDC or to a computer most likely fail and then say "mannnn o well I guess ill get these cement 4s then" or something along those lines
