"Days of Future Past" - New X-Men Movie Release Date (First Class Sequel)

Man growing up if you would've told me that 1 day i'd say "Oh great, another Wolverine movie", I wouldnt believe you smh
 
In all honesty F this movie. I expect nothing but hot smelly garbage. Look at quicksilver, no cable. Storyline, produced by fox.....nothing but fail, fail, fail. Just my opinion
 
I think a lot of y'alls negativity is too soon stated. The story is taken from a classic Uncanny X-Men story by the legends Claremont and Byrne. As bad as FOX is with stories I don't see them ruining this. Aside from the slight change of it being Wolverine instead of Kitty Pryde for obvious reasons, this will deliver. I don't understand what a lot of you are expecting TBH. We're finally getting Sentinels and Singer is back at the helm of this. Trust the first 2 movies would have been worse off had he not had his hands in it.

I mean for as BAD as I always say Superman Returns is, when you take a look at what he really did with the movie, it was impressive.

I just read up on the first 4 issues, about to start volume 2 shortly. But so far my opinion of the movie hasn't changed. Compared to the comic story the movie was horribly executed.

Fox is shameful with the marketing, but it doesn't necessarily mean the movie's gonna suck

There's always that chance they'll get Hugh Jackman & Jennifer Lawrence to hook up though
 
I wasn't excited for First Class and loved it.

I won't be excited for this for the same reason.

Quicksilver and Warpath both look so ******* soft it's irritating though.

Cuz of money.

You couldn't imagine all of the bureaucratic red tape to make that happen between the two studios. Then if they managed that there'd be renegotiating with all os the actors.

I'd be happier if they would just make a lot more animated movies involving those franchises. Would be faster to put out and seems like they can use most characters in the cartoons. They need a different animation style from tge current avengers cartoon though, that style sucks.

I actually read this online that Marvel doesn't make that much money off the animated straight to dvd movies so that's why they don't do them or when they do they don't have the best art.

From the few editors willing to talk about it like Brevoort, at some point they were actually losing money in the few they did make.
 
I think people were overblowing how bad Quicksilver looked... yes.. it's corny, but it wasn't the end of the world.

That commercial, though... just awful :lol: You're not winning anyone over with something like that :lol:

We all know this movie is going to stink. Even the trailers look bad. They need to just cancel this mess.
 
No need to worry. Someone in another thread posted that fox is planning another wolverine solo movie. They'll probably rename the Age of Apocalypse film they want to make to age of wolverine and also have him make appearances in the fantastic four.
 
Yall need to stop caring. Who gives a **** about Quicksilver? Son was never any major nostalgic character in the X-Men. Hopefully he dies.

We all know the X-Men movies are only a notch above Ghost Rider movies. FOX been doing the worst job.
 
I know it looks bad guys.. real bad.. but trust me, Singer is due for a hit. I know I may just be looking at this film with ruby quartz lenses.. but I have a good feeling about this. Who's with me?!?
 
I'm with you, I'm optimistic but I really can't help but laugh at that commercial.
 
I'm hopefull, just not holding my breath is all. First Class and Wolverine renwed some of the energy, hopin it stays building.
 
Just put Wolverine in a mask and more than half of the naysayers will love the film.
