KC is legit, I've ordered from them a bunch of times and never had any issues.

Shipping can take a little while, though.

Thanks to whoever posted that link because GC BHM's were the only 8 that I wanted and didn't own.

Also, Pit Vipers look good.

They look girly, yet everyone was going ape **** over bright pink MC's...

I also picked up the BHMs from kickscrew as well. And I believe I'm the only person who now has over 15 pairs of 8s but could care less about the MCs. They mean so little to me that if someone said I could have em for $100 right now but I had to keep em, I'd pass. Dunno why but they just don't do it for me. Honestly don't see the appeal that everyone else does.

I'm with you. I saw them(MC's)in person recently and I couldn't care less about them. Even my girlfriend thought they were terrible.

Thank you for the link earlier about the restock on kick screw but I don't understand your pic? If its to show another person has over 15 pairs of 8s as well, I'm well aware people out there have every 8 + double pairs of many. My post stated I believe I'm the only one with over 15 that doesn't like the MC. Not the only one with over 15.

But nice collection anyhow.

I know this is a Kobe 8 thread, but I figure my question would still be appropriate here. Does anyone have any information on the Kobe 5 "Parade" sample, specifically if it ever released, number of pairs produced, etc.

I did a Google search and there isn't really much substantial information regarding this sneaker.

The reason I ask is because a friend of mine found a pair at a Buffalo Exchange for $45. Other than the yellowing sole, the sneakers look like they're in perfect, DS condition. Also, the size tags on the inside of the sneaker have them marked as samples.

well i have 13, but ill probably end up with 15 at some point.  and im right there with you, couldn't care less about the MC's.  also add Area 72's to that.
 
Don't think I'm feelin the Pit Vipers as much anymore. Probably over-hyped myself -___-

Can't go wrong with Elites tho either. Ah Nike, you been weak lately.

Welcome to the minority club. Most folks I've seen hold the MC in the highest regard. While I rank it as next to last, and last being the Pythons I believe. Which ever the one that is like a brown color. It barely beats that on my list.
 
I'm so addicted to Kobe 8s at this point that I think eventually I'm going to have to get every single release other than the MCs and the Pythons. I feel as though my collection won't be complete without the rest. I suppose some will say but how will it be complete without those 2 as well. And you're right I suppose but I just have issues with buying any shoe I don't like.
 
that's something I like about the Kobe line.... it's entirely possible to get each colorway that released.

something that completely turned me off to the LeBron line. even if you go hard, stuff like the champ pack will drop and make it impossible. right now, the most expensive kobe would be the fireworks/sparks and that's like $400.
