So i ordered some blitz blues from http://www.sil.lt/shoes/basketball.html which from what i've heard here is legit and 2 weeks later i get an empty box in the mail. It looks like they were stolen on the way and the box taped up, i've never had this happen to me. Do i email the guy or hit up paypal? or USPS? The declared value was $30

Hit up the seller. He gets so much business from the states I bet he'll handle it

I assume contact the seller first before disputing the transaction on Paypal but honestly the other guys on here can give you better advice in that area than me. I really hope everything gets sorted out bro

That's terrible man, bad luck fo sho. I got my Easters no problem and I know others have had no problems. Hope its a quick resolution.

Doing some Saturday cleaning and decided to share my kobe collection. Started with a family friend giving me a couple of his used kobe 4 cuz I really couldn't afford shoes at the time. Then I started to enjoy balling in low top kobes over high tops so I bought a couple 5s. Didnt really like the reptile/snake design on the 6s at the time and the 7s just really killed it with the fitting issues. You got 45 day to get your money back from Paypal. Doesn't matter how much he declared it for. Paypal is your friend. But if you sent it as a gift through paypal your screwed. Just hit him up and ask if he ship the box packed like you showed us. If he says yes he played you. If he say that's not how I packed it call USPS but that only gonna give you what the insurance he put in it.

Give him some time, big time difference and it's the weekend. If nothing by tuesday then I'd personally file the claim on paypal.

see the weight of a package and it is more than a kg, so it is shipped
definetly not empty box and you must get your order! What is written on
that label on a box? If it is stolen did you contacted your local post
about this??? What did they say?? Why did you took a package if it is
empty, the weight should be very low, please contact as faster as possible
your local post office about this if they stolen!

definetly not empty box and you must get your order! What is written on

He has a point, unfortunately. If it was just left at your step, and you didn't have to sign, that's one thing. It's another if you gotta sign and see its empty. Sounds like he's taking the stance of "once it leaves me its the shipping companies liability" which is only going to get you the 30 bucks declared value.

I'd email him stating that because of how he declared it, you'll only receive a fraction of the amount you paid so you will be forced to do a paypal dispute.

same here I ordered from that site once since I missed out on the Easters and I got my Easters from that site. it looks great and no open boxes. THe USPS let me sign to get my packages tho to confirmed. People are so cruel these days to take someone else belonging
