Has anyone had pizza from Pieology before?

They are opening one right around me in ktown
It's like a chipotle but with pizza instead. Same hipstery layout, same expectations. Don't expect aunthentic pizza, just expect better than dominos/pizza hut type food.

any opinions on pieology vs blaze pizza vs project pie?

ive had blaze and PP, both good never been to pieology. worth the trip?

I ran out of reps in the dad thread so I'll hit everyone up when my limit expires. Always expires in here & the dad thread.

Saturday night, our 11 year old son didn't want to get carry out or go out like we usually do. He wanted his mother to make her bacon wrapped hot dog with crinkle cut fries.

I usually have one with mustard & relish & another with baked beans & cole slaw but we didn't have any beans or slaw.

Does anyone in here put ketchup on a dog? I can't fathom doing that...

BBQ Sauce + Cheese on a hot dog...24/7

I don't usually use ketchup unless it's mixed in with another condiment (sriracha comes to mind).

Ketchup on hotdogs has always been normal to me. Thought it was weird hearing people say ketchup shouldn't be put on them.

I don't even use ketch up on fries anymore... First off, if it's a good fry you really don't need ketchup. If I go somewhere like Mikey D's, I get sweet & sour sauce or hot mustard. At Chik Fil A, I'll use Polynesian or honey mustard sauce. The only time I use ketchup is on a burger (sometimes).

Don't care what ya'll say ketchup is the GOAT condiment. Only if it's Heinz of course. I'd rather go condiment-less than eat Hunt's.

Ketchup goes on damn near anything. Whether it's cooked perfectly or not. Only way I'm skipping ketchup on my fries is if they' have cheese on them, or some gravy.

I don't care how good the fries are, I need some kind of dippping sauce or ketchup to balance out the salt.

Chipotle ketchup is crack man, if a restaurant has it, I always get that sauce and dip it with the fries

Also had sweet potato fries with that dinner and it came with a sweet chili sauce. Thought it was weird they gave that since the fries are naturally sweet, still use it though lol. You guys put anything on sweet potato fries?

I usually just mix some sriracha and ketchup when I make sweet potato fries.

Last few pages are amazing.

I can get down with ketchup on fries, especially mayo/ketchup like raising canes.. can't do only ketchup with protein bc it mask the flavor.  If I'm at cfa i rock with Chikfila sauce or honey roasted bbq

Not a fan of dipping sweet potato fries into something also sweet. Any type of slightly tangy aioli works for me with sweet potato fries.
