i mean its been 4 seasons man, at this point, you are either a fan or you are not, if you are not, why in the world do you continue tuning in or DVR'in or watching from the corner of your eye or while you take a dump while on your tablet....DONT WATCH :lol:

bruh the show has been slow with the same pace since season 2, its more of a soap opera with zombies in it, its a drama before anything else...you either enjoy it for what it is or move on to better...the constant nagging in this thread week after week and specially after what was top 5 GOAT episodes last week is a bit annoying, like what more do ya expect from this series at this point??... :lol:

perhaps is time some of you LET GO.

That's your opinion. I didn't find season 2 or 3 slow at all. I enjoyed every episode except the season 3 finale. Only the second half of this season has been slow IMO. Maybe slow is the wrong word. I just haven't enjoyed the second half of this season so far. I'm a fan of the franchise so I'm not going to stop watching.

its not an opinon bro, its a fact, TWD has had the same pacing to its episodes for a whillllleeeee, if youve enjoyed it this far, you should know that someties youll get episodes that are blatant fillers and then youll get good ones, no need to come in here and express your dissappointment each time, like the episode with Beth and Daryl sucked, but i know the bad comes with the good and the show has done this plenty times, what do i get from crying about it at this stage of the game after watching through 4 full seasons...lol
 
i agree with blacklion. the second half of this season has contained the worst episodes of the entire series. i still enjoy it but i wish they would just move on with the story a little quicker especially with the season about to end

I feel like folks must not have read the comics and expect Zombies every single minute :lol:. To me the Zombies/Action have ALWAYS been a backdrop to the characters in the comics/show.

Express my disappointment each time!? I've only been disappointed by the season 3 finale up until now. And no, that's not fact. Some of these "filler" episodes during the last 3 seasons have been really good IMO regardless of how slow they are. The recent "fillers" haven't been that good. It's all opinion man, which we are here to discuss. Why do you have a problem with some doing just that!?

As someone that has read the comics, no, that's not the case. I want to get know the characters just as I did in the comics.

Because I don't like two terrible child actors, I don't like the show?? Truth of the matter is, their acting was below par in comparison to the rest of the cast.

This is the first time I've ever came into this thread and complained about anything on TWD. I'm actually a fan of the show and enjoy the pacing. There are way too many shows out there with no substance or character development.

You just sound like a bitter fanboy. And mad.

I know the chances of this happening are slim to none but I think the show would benefit greatly if they caught up to and passed the comic timeline completely. Would make people more in the dark about what's coming next and have lower expectations

Because it's a zombie apocalypse, who doesn't love that? the show is setup to where it could be a mind blowing episode any week but instead we get let down by slow dragging episodes with the occasional good episode.
It's ok for people to watch it and be disappointed with episodes. At one point I thought I was being to harsh on the show until my gf who is a bigger Wd fan than me just randomly said this show is getting kind of boring. As far as why we keep watching it, well it's a zombie show and it has no other competition, and is our only option at this point. It's like madden we don't really like it but it's our only football option so we play it.
 
after the first 2 episodes i had figured they were about to stretch this forest thing out for the rest of the season. After the 3rd episode i was sure. If yall havent figured THAT out yet the show isnt for you. of course itll end in a cliffhanger. theyll all obviously end up at terminus. the only remaining question in the season now is will they know that everyone is in terminus or not. now sit back and enjoy the show
 
Didn't the President of AMC say that he wouldn't be surprised to see TWD still running in 2020? This slow storyline is very deliberate I imagine.
 
I would love it, for that to happen my man Cooorolllll is gonna cash out big time because as tee years pass the show will evolve more and more around him since he's the child star of the show, him and Judith id assume, eventually Rick will be killed off and Carl will take over.
