When I was in elementary school, my classmates had all these shoes I couldn't afford but I wanted them. I would kinda be inspired to just draw my own designs of bball shoes I on my pee chee folder. :lol:

Exactly. I know there's a when did MJ thread I believe but I'm talking more about the shoes itself and the backstory. Exact this will include all sneakers. Nike basketball, nike sb, etc

Thanks for the shoutout fam. NT's got plenty of jokes and silly threads but one thing that makes this community so great is the passion many of us share for sneakers. You really got a feel for it especially in the black/red 1 thread. Lots of knowledge and gems being dropped...it's a zoo now though lmao
 
Wait, are black/red KO's releasing again? They just dropped in 2011 didn't they? Except this pair has a leather upper as opposed to canvas....really JB?

Nah they're a sample from 08, according to phase2. I believe he owns them as he has a ton of rare stuff.

I mentioned this in the black/red 1 thread but has anyone attempted to use the OG Hawks tongue as a doner for a pair of DMP black/red. I would imagine that would be a feasible option for anyone that owns the DMP and may have missed out on the 2013 black/red 1's if they don't want to pay resell...

Aww man you didn't see my black toes? I did after [@]AirThompson did it. Just waiting for my 1s to come in the mail to put the red laces on them.

Nah bro I haven't seen em but I've seen @AirThompson 's pair. You gotta show me some pics. I know a lot of people have been using those OG hawks as doner's for tongue's :lol: it's about all they're good for. Makes no sense how crappy that color blocking is
