what's your illness?
It's a bit lengthy to go off-topic about it but summarized: My body can't properly utilize energy for my muscles, which results in 24/7 chronic pain and muscle cramps during physical activity. A special team of doctors like on House MD took my case around 8 months ago because nobody else could find a diagnosis or any anomalies. They found that a carnitine (required to provide energy to muscles) deficiency is the cause of the problem and are running a DNA test to confirm their diagnosis, which is adult onset CPT-2 deficiency. Thanks to carnitine supplements I can now talk normally again as it used to be very exhausting but I still have trouble doing small household tasks. The cramps aren't as bad in the shower anymore and I have a little less trouble cleaning, making my bed, ....
I can go outside but physical activity aggravates my symptoms and a few hours of chilling with friends or running errands results in 5-7 days of aggravated chronic pain and soreness from head to toe so I spend most of my days at home. Might as well take all this time and learn about new things.

Dann Romney is being candid right now :x EGHCK!

Son said trickle down racism  Trickle down everything negative. I'm just waiting for him to bring up Donald representing and continuing institutionalized racism and white supremacy.

We've had our fair share of differences but thanks man. It's why I spend a lot of time on here. I reckon I'd be quite bored without NT

I don't either, I was making fun of dude on the previous page. With all the information available to us, it's stupid not to learn about other cultures and people at this point.

There are clueless Americans posting in this thread, and I also don't think they should be shut out
I gotcha

Just now catching up on this thread, @colombia is more informed political than some of my fellow Americans i've talked to about on here and IRL on the daily. You don't need to be in this country or from this country to learn and get a great understanding of how things of down. Secondly anyone that thinks Europe as a whole is a "far-left" bastion clearly knows nothing about European politics and history at that and are talking out of their ***.

Sorry to hear but glad you and the doctors are getting some leads.

Makes me feel bad that we're all so negative to each other on here.

i already said Ted Cruz too right IMO to be president, Rusty hasn't seen a socialist he don't like, unless you wanna name 1 person you consider too left :nerd:

-It has already been established that you don't even know what socialism and capitalism are.

-And in American mainstream politics. A few of Bernie's plans are pie in the sky for right now. But he is wavy to me.

Jill Stein is too nutty for me though. And the American Socialist Party's platform has many things in it I find ridiculous, not achievable, or economically unwise

i dunno what socialism/capitalism differences is and yet you pick Jill Stein being "too left" when her platform is 99% da same with Bernie

http://presidential-candidates.insi...om/compare/35-44/Bernie-Sanders-vs-Jill-Stein

Quote me exactly where I say Stein is too left for me.

You put those words in quotation marks, so I would like to know when I said it.

I said she is too nutty. Well it mostly the some of the Green Party's platforms but Stein, as a doctor, does little to nothing to purge them from the platform. On issues like vaccines, GMOs, and nuclear energy.

Seems like you're so in hurry to prove me wrong, you aren't even reading my post

Let's all put in a pool to send Columbia a Pelle Pelle next winter.

Spoke to the CEO of a PE shop today. His comments sounded pretty spot-on to me:

- Hillary has this locked -- it's basically expected that she wins -- the market has priced this in already

- The only way Trump could salvage this debacle is to rein in/tone down his comments, but a 69yo guy doesn't just switch that easily

- Possible Secretary of State for Hillary is Bill Burns -- nothing too amazing, but Hillary will probably want to do the foreign policy work herself

- FBI is not going to indict Hillary -- her younger staff will probably take the bullet and take a misdemeanor plea

- Economy is not doing particularly well -- chances of a near-term recession are minimal

Elizabeth Warren was a republican for 47 years :wow:

First claiming to be Native American to get a job at Harvard, now this.

Tons of people dropped the GOP during the 90s, after they turned hard right

And she didn't get a job because she was a minority. The implication of such is approaching Trump level of dog whistling

And it seems lost on conservatives, that for Affirmative Actions purposes, her being a women qualifies her as a minority regardless

Plus, she was a highly regard professor at UPenn before going to Harvard.

If I started calling you Gimbo, or Jim Bob as a way to mock you being a southern conservative, you would be cool with that, right?

But, I AM a southern conservative. I'm not lying and saying I am in order to get a Harvard teaching gig.

:smh:

-You have zero proof of this, matter of fact she turned down a job from Harvard the first time it was offered to her, and a Conservative lawyer that worked for Reagan and was endorsed her for the job said that claim is plain not true.

You have no evidence this happened, it is purely conjecture on your part.

-But you cool on the Gimbo thing?

Spinning Rusty. Still resorting to personal attacks because you have nothing of merit to stay. Guess your waiting for the new far left talking points to drop so you can spin some more. Typical.

700

 @ Spinning Rusty. Nicely done. Very Trump-esque.
