There are people in this thread who have degrees in the fields they're discussing (economics for one) and this dude has the audacity to tout his 16 hour marathon political news viewing of networks that his candidate calls 'fake news' as some sort of accolade or accomplishment to even put a person on equal footing with someone formally educated.

It's gonna be an entertaining four years watching Trump and ninja do a terrible job of attempting to look like they know what they're doing.

hyper specializing in one field doesn't mean u know politics.

politics plays on public perception of things, as well as hard facts.

Ninjahood literally just wants the rest of the country to be poorly educated like he is. I've heard his anti-higher education rants in other threads. He just wants the rest of us to be ok with that G.E.D.

If I can't do well in school no one can b. Knowing damn well no one on his block can afford to go to private school:smh:

u lucky idk u.

That's legit sad, man. 18 hours on news media.

I generally watch some sort of news when I get home most evenings, and even then I've been feeling like I need to decompress.

Serious question @ninjahood  , when do you go out with friends? Do you spend any time with your mother? And when you do, what the hell do you talk about after cramming 18 hours of talking heads yelling about politics into your head?

**** sounds straight Buzz Killington, man.

no but they sure can school you when that certain topic comes up though... and we dont have to specialize in any field when it comes down to basic knowledge

"Climate change doesnt exist, cuz the climate always changing"

policy ≠ procedure

nice try though.

Why do you choose to be stuck behind a steering wheel and bragging about a technical degree you don't even have yet, when you claim to be this political guru...seems like a waste of talent...no?

Democrats love people who take their political Qs from SNL and entertainment media.

Great comeback considering no one admitted to what you just said.

Keep thinking you know it all. You're the same guy who tried to argue that gas powered vehicles are superior to electric powered vehicles because of the energy density of gasoline.

that's still facts thou

Of course not. Someone can go to school for four years and be an idiot. That's not my point.

I'm willing to bet formal schooling is a more reliable way to consume and digest information, though. At the very least, I'd respect the opinion of someone who spent a few years learning something directly from an expert more than I would someone who brags about consuming the same news media that Bannon calls 'the opposition party' for 18 hours a day.

The desperation Ninja has to make people believe he is an expert at politics is just so ******* sad.

He is probably lying about the 18 hours thing, but even if he wasn't, to consume than much media and still make suck horrible shallow arguments is even more embarrassing.

Getting the election right doesn't make up for all the other times Ninja has made himself look foolish.

What are 'political qs'?

I'm sure it's a lie that just achieved the opposite of the desired result. A critical thinker wouldn't go anywhere near that. God bless you and anyone else who wants to further engage.

what's a "normal American" and who are u to judge that?

now all of a sudden this thread holds da arbitration scales of what normal is..

Normal to me, would be the opposite of you TBH and anyone who voted against their own interest....what has Trump done that has positively affected your lifestyle?

You know what bro, why do you think Trump appointed people to run depts most have no experience in and to go even further a couple of them actually have a history of fighting against these depts they are now in charge of, can you explain to me what's Trump rationale?...you swallow political knowledge for breakfast, so help us understand the bigger picture of say Devos running the Dept of Education...or a neuro surgeon running Housing....please try not to deflect, or give me the ol "Trump is not your typical president" cop out.

 @ stuck... listen Elkin, i don't harp on your career decision to be a Nurse (da thot favorite uptown) and clean up old folk Doo doo and process Cathers, etc..

this da political thread, not da "what you do for a living thread"

p.s. since when is a associates degree a technical degree? it's da exact amount of schooling you need to be a nurse..

This guy talking down on Nurses when it's fact they make more than truck drivers. da irony!
