Help with some Promo tagged Cleats..

I came across a few pairs of these Nike cleats that all have Promo tags on them.. Just curious if someone could help me out with a little more info on them.. Since other than the size and model, I don't know what I really have here.. Thanks in advance..

Probably college or NFL promo pair. To be honest nothing special and worth about $30.

What he said.  They are a Team Bank (TB) colorway created to coordinate with the uniforms of NIKE sponsored teams.  PROMO refers to any promotional colorway or special make-up that is not an inline or general release.

Thanks for the help. I didn't think they were worth a ton of money.. Just curious about them since there wasn't a style number on the tags..
