QFT. I work PT at juvenile detention for females. Chicks are unbelievably spiteful, manipulative, self-conscious, and straight up liars.

Not saying OP's girl wasn't raped...but like others have said, a lot of things don't add up.

I do understand why a rape victim wouldn't want to go through the judicial process. They feel shamed, embarrassed, depressed, terrified, and countless other emotions. Having to testify to the events while the perp sits right in front of them can be hella traumatizing. It's not abnormal for a woman to refuse the police in these situations. Happens all the time actually.

now that I think about it....duke probably been smashin ya shorty....only difference this time....he popped raw and creampied ya wifey...all consensual of course, but out of fear of pregnancies and what she'd tell her moms and your gullible ***, she cooked up this rape story, knowing damb well she has absolutely no plans of seeking any justice because...sure he 'raped' her..but they were just role-playing. Next time, she's gonna be the teacher and he's gonna need a better grade to stay on the football team, so he's gonna go deep in them yambz.

She only told her mom because op threatened to if she didn't, it was never her plan. If the rape story was true, there's no reason dude shouldn't be on crutches right now. Nobody respects/likes a rapist, around here folks would have jumped him off the strength.
 
Hey OP I have a question. Is your girl's father in the picture at all? I can't understand how a father would allow this to be swept under the rug with all the evidence they have.

I'm curious b/c based off the update you gave it seems like they have all the proof in the world to convict this guy. He all but admitted to raping her, his excuse about being wasted and out of his mind is ******** b/c he had sense enough to undress her while she was asleep/passed out. Also from what you said when she examined herself she found evidence {semen} of intercourse still inside her. That is all you guys need, this **** can't be dragged out for months with DNA evidence.

I'm sorry dude I know this is tough for all of you but the road ahead isn't going to be easy, and the first 24hrs of the incident occuring is the best time to get the ball rolling. All she and her family did was help cover up the rape, and get a rapist off scott free. He is chilling right now b/c they did everything necessary to clear his name. Got rid of the evidence, not calling the authoriites all that. They should have had every dude in that party hold his *** down and call the cops on him. C'mon he treated her body like a garbage can, he undressed her, did his business and just left her there. This dude is sick in the head, that wasn't a random act on his part. He knew what he was doing and he didn't care.

OP I know what she is dealing with is tough but you need to take time off of school and go be with her so she presses charges so this doesn't happen to another girl.  Trust me rapist just don't do it once and stop.   I bet your girl wasn't the first and she won't be the last if she doesn't get him locked up!   Another thing she says she doesn't want to deal with it anymore yet she has to be checked for the next 5 years to see if this guy gave her something so no matter what bro she has to deal with it.   It needs to stop now!   Be by her side and and make her press charges!   Rape will not decline in this country until victims start to press charges.  If she doesn't he will always win over her.   It's time for her to take control and get this loser locked up!   How are you and her gonna feel when you find out he did this to another innocent girl or child and she could of stopped it?
