From a New Yorker, it's time I tip my hat to the West Coast.

So having gone to Hawaii and Vegas, is time I admit to myself the amounts of sodium I feel when I think you guys are a road trip away from one of the best places in the states when it comes to partying Las Vegas and a 5 hour flight from Paradise as opposed to our 11-12 hour flight...those two things alone would make most east coasters jelly....yeah we have the Caribbean and Miami, NY is cool...guess having been raised here I sort of take it for granted...but my dream is to one day settle in San Diego....flame suit ready for my NY brethren.

Your Welcome

NYC>

I've got The caribbean and south america right there.  And Europe is just as far as california.

Don't know what you're talking about steezy.  Don't understand it one bit.

I live in the Chi and fell in love with NY. IDK if it is because I am desperate to move out of Chicago and burn all bridges to past or not. I still haven't visited the Bay yet. I am moving to either NYC or the Bay. Just a matter of a few years.

IDK what the realistic expectation is for you to stop going out and having fun at clubs and ****. I hope I am not too late when I get there.

I guess it depends what you are into...I don't even live in the city or crave the city life, may go into manhattan 2x a month at most....I like the burbs, having that with an amazing beach in my backyard like the ones I see in pictures of San Diego just make me drool....Europe has never intrigued me much ad I've been up and down the caribean, Miami is cool...but if I had a choice Vegas >>>>>>> Miami.

I love the west and travel there frequently but I love the water and the water isn't always warm in Cali. That pisses me off. Then it may be 70-80 degrees but when the wind blows it gets chilly.

Cali is also boring if you don't have money, New York always has things going on all year round and its free of cost, paid for by the city.

You can't get that in LA or Vegas...Vegas is over rated.

That's what I'm talking about fam!...so much to see on that side of the country, Aspen, the northern lights, Seattle, Vegas, Mexico, Hawaii....all these places are so different...everything on this side seems like the same thing, climate ad everything, except if you go south....then you get a change of climate.
