So we are getting the tower of Joy scene that everyone believes will confirm R + L = J. But will it also confirm that R + L = M (Meera)? there is a theory out there that Ned took one child and Howland Reed took the other.

One thing that goes without saying, but GoT sets things up so well in regards to storylines. With that said, you can see that they are building up to something regarding Lyanna...Can't wait to see what happens next week with Young Ned next week

Really was. So many awesome scenes. Since I've logged on, nobody has even mentioned Jamie's convo with the High Septon and that was ******* amazing too.
Forreal. This was the first time you kind of see what is on the mind of the High Septon...dude literally said they have the power to over throw an empire, you know Jamie and Cersi bout to release the Mountain on them...

but what makes him ill is he doesn't give af.  he was literally ready to die right there for what he believes.

you could see it in jamie's expression. he was speechless when he finally realized that about him

Blowing up this thread, probably cause i need to write this **** out before i sleep cause i'm pretty hyped right now lol

But with Balon Greyjoy getting taken out, does this mean Theon is now King of the Iron Islands? Clearly Balon's brother has his own agenda, I'm curious as to where they'll take this...

So this "Tower of Joy" is another one of ol boy's flashbacks that will supposedly reveal the parents of John Snow? And young ned was fighting BenJen in the flashback?

We won't know until next week the reason for including Tower of Joy

Yes, it was Benjen

Seems like today will be a good episode with a lot of stuff going on. They usually seemed to alternate between good, and not much happening. Not much happened last week so let's hope for a good one.

Expect a stinker next week. Don't get your hopes up.

Tower of Joy scene is HUGE. It explains A Song of Ice and Fire which many believe is the story of Jon Snow Ice for his mother Lyanna Stark and Fire his father Rhaegar.

I would have to disagree.

Ironborn choose their kings in the Kingsmoot. Candidates throw their names in and have supporters back them up in a public ceremony. Whoever gets the most support becomes king.

In the books, it's a Ned flashback/dream. With Ned dead, it's probably going to be another Bran/Weirwood flashback or maybe they'll introduce Howland Reed. He's Jojen and Meera's father and one of the two survivors of Tower of Joy (the other being Ned).

God man. Melisandre put the team on her byke like Greg Jennings.

This episode was so damn good.

No troll, that exchange between Jaime and the High Sparrow was probably one of my favorite scenes from the entire show...the sparrow sonned the s*** out of Jaime and was ready to catch a blade to the chest and Jaime just sat there and took his L in disbelief. The High Sparrow basically just laid out the entire framework of knowing that Cersei was trying to use him and crossing her like it was nothing. Don't like son, but dude has heart and wit.

Tyrion had me yelling with the lines regarding not having a c*** to Varys...and then then the pan out to the full shot with grey worm. Comedy like that is funny to me, not the forced stuff where they make insults with 21st century dialogue. Although I will say it is getting a little sus that Tyrion is two for two in terms of mentioning Varys' junk every episode.
