But since you are so smart, please explain to me the specifics of a legitimate rape. If a woman feels like she has been raped, it's RAPE. So if she regrets her decision the next day, it isn't an accused rape, it's a legitimate rape. She felt as if she was taken advantage of, however, her and the guy were both drunk. She put herself in that decision. Is it not deserved? No matter how you put it, in our society, if a woman feels as if she has been taken advantage of...it's RAPE.

There is NO standard to define a legitimate rape. I don't even know how you can make such a term up considering people smarter than you argue the basis of rape everyday.

Rape is such a general term that it ranges from assault all the way to a severe case such as this one in India.

Secondly, there ARE standards that differentiate between an actual rape and a false accusation of rape. You know that.

Rich people do this to brag about their worldly travels to hell holes -- not kidding. In their circles, traveling to places like Mexico, France, Spain, etc. is way too blasé. Spending a few weeks in some third world country, isn't a vacation, it's something bigger, something noble. I shouldn't have to, there's a few precedent court cases where females flirted with the natural forces of biology, psychology and sexuality and lost. I thought Alex Knepper's premise on college sex that I posted was enough.

 I see where Nomad is going with this. Dolphins are highly intelligent and have emotions and memory. I bet if a female dolphin is acting a ho, she gon get raped.

EDIT: Let me elaborate. If, say, dolphins have a "mating dance" hardwired in their brain, developed through millions of years of evolution, biology, and natural selection. Let's say this female dolphin does the mating dance, and attracts a male mate. She then decides she no longer wants to mate, but the male dolphin initiates the act based on the mating dance triggering his inner hardwired primeval behavior. Would it be wrong that the male dolphin, in the case, raped the female?
