A few questions that'll help us answer your question:

How long have you been shooting? Day or night? Weather conditions? Lens of choice? Just little details that'll make a big difference.

EDIT: **** crew FTW.

from yesterdays little walk around DC!

I have an assignment for my photography class where I have to recreate a well-known piece of art(painting, sculpture, photograph, etc.) and I can't seem tofind an inspiration. Does anyone know of any photographers or artists that create interesting, yet simple works?

so i'm looking into buying my first lens for my d40 & a friend of mine recommended the Tamron17-50 f2.8.

anyone on here own one?

davevirgile - why do you always shoot at such a high iso when notnecessary?

Slaptastic - is that the same slide or two different ones? good stuff tho.. i wannatry multiple poses in the same pic and stitch them or however you do that

everyone else good stuff as always

EDIT: Slaptastic... never-mind.. i payed closer attention and saw it was the samespot

It was my first time using the panoramic feature on my camera and I had no clue what I was doing haha, but it came out kinda hot (nh). But now that I know howto use it the right way, I can take a panoramic picture and have someone in two diff poses without it overlaping
