Every race in this world has face racism, dosent matter what color your skin is. Me being a fellow minority (mexican american) and damn proud of it. Ive aslo experienced racism and being from the south i can honestly say that. What sergio said was wrong plain and simple, dont condone son in any way. Black NT's should be upset, but if i was black i would be more upset at websites like worldstar that negatively sterotype blacks. Then be upset at some lame golfer who stays losing, just my opinion though!

I have personal acquaintances who have gotten government jobs over me although I know they have less experience and didn't do as well at the same university we attended together. Happy for them getting the job, but it is a little b/s at the same time when you think about it.

A black man is better at his profession and his is, infinity better. When ever he has had the chance to beat him, he as cracked worst than Nick Anderson shooting free throws in crunch time.

He has been acting ***** for 2 weeks, nobody took him serious, errbody thought he should have shut up. But he kept on talking because he failed once again to beat Tiger on the course and wanted to save face. So he went for a low blow, and embarrassed himself.

He may have been joking, but he was trying to insult Tiger with that joke, I honestly believe he is sorry he offended other people (because Sergio is a very caring person by all accounts) but no one, no one, should be saying a word in his defense.

Tiger is making the right move, you don't let Serg off the hook after two weeks of him trying to rustle your jimmies. You turn the knife a lil, and watch him squirm :smokin

How do you know they didn't interview better?

How do you know the people didn't feel he was more personable than you?

My civil service exam score > their civil service exam score

I also have a family friend who is VP of HR for a firm who has tuned me in to the hiring "practices" of companies he is affiliated with. Disheartening to say the least.

Veterans also get priority over non-vets in civil service positions :smh:

Actually the reason why it is still around is because it is part of a SYSTEM. It is 2nd nature of this society man. Institutionalized racism isn't something that will vanish because of mindsets of a select few.

Unless the world blows up and we can start this, "Race for the #1 Spot" all over again, there will be racial discrimination and racism.

Kids are taught racism i know this b, but whats your solution to stop racism? You cant plain and simple, their always gonna be racist folks who teach their offspring to hate a certain race. To be honest, I can see why someone who is on the opposite end of Affirmative Action is upset so I won't sit here and act like you are wrong for feeling this way.
