theres a chance of it. this move isnt exactly cleancut lol. its a move thats GOING to get thrown out, no doubt. the equivalent of a nutshot in boxing. Youre going to be penalized. But itll help you win the war. Just like when Serino said he believed zimm told the truth, then the judge had to come back and say "ignore it" thats not humanly possible. they heard it. nothing can be done past that point.

When would the jury hear inadmissible evidence? What's admitted to the trial is determine by the GRAND jury.

When I was young and first heard my voice? Sure. But now that I'm older and have heard my voice recorded in multiple occasions, I will know if it's me or not. You can't tell me that GZ has nevered heard his voice recorded before the 911 call. I find it hard to believe that other people would be able to identify my voice quicker then I can. Besides, if he was the only screaming according to him, he should've known it was him.

IF its deemed inadmissible. technically...its not evidence at all. its made up. how they get it in the trial would be thru one of several loopholes. have a witness bring it. cue it up themselves. etc etc. since its not evidence they have more room to play. but again, this is without a doubt a DIRTY play. but we're trying to win the war here right?

beating the prosecution to the punch of asking how little trayvon overpowered and beat zimmerman almost to death if zimm was training in mma. So they have the mma guy say yea i was training zimm but hes not that great at it.
 
So according to this witness, Zimmerman didn't even know or wasn't even physically able to throw a punch huh??  Let's just ask the woman in that domestic violence case of Zimmerman's whether that's true or not.

Amazing, so now all of the defendant's witnesses say the voice they heard screaming on the tape is George, but even the defendant (George Zimmerman) himself said shortly after the event during interrogation that it WASN'T his voice that was screaming.  George has nothing but liars in his corner.

Not how it works bro. That would pollute the prosecution's entire case and likely result in a mistrial. You can't just cruise onto the stand with incriminating evidence like it's show and tell :lol:

nah man. peep. what if, the prosecution was actually SO smart, they told Dr. Bao to bring in those notes. Knowing the defense would eventually catch on and ask for them to lead them into asking certain questions about things he wrote? (Prosecutor is NOT this smart) Stuff like that is what i meant by have a witness bring it in. Some sleuthy slick underhanded mastermind type s**t lol. again, its a DIRTY play. one meant to do damage at the cost of a penalty. collateral damage almost.
 
The MMA trainer described George Zimmerman "physically soft".  So yet he's "physically soft" but yet he always around with a concealed gun.  Yeah that sounds like a winning combo. 
 
So basically, GZ has the athletic ability of a middle school girl? Further proves that he followed TM because he knew he had a loaded gun on him. Smh Probably pulled it out on him way before the shot, thus TM screaming for help.

naw i honestly dont think the prosecution cares enough. Like TM was just another black kid to them. They aint stupid to just throw the case away but has anybody thought that maybe they would do just enough to make it appear that they cared about trying to take zimmerman down but in reality they only doing it because of the backlash and drama surrounding the case???? with as many opportunities that the prosecution didnt capitalize it wouldnt surprise me
 
so hes been going to the best fighting gym in the world for over a year, lost 80 lbs and dude still gives him a level 1 on athleticism?

i honestly didnt consider this. but then again, theres ALOT to be gained for whoever wins this case. For Omara and West they could be the lawyers who got Zimmerman off (lol) or the state guys could win a HUGE case. cuz honestly florida has been taking Ls since casey anthony went scott free

I doubt it. Prosecutor's have big egos. Especially in such a high profile case.
 
I sincerely doubt the prosecutors are mailing it in on this one. I think they're trying to the best of their abilities. The evidence that they have to work with and the specifics of the case aren't exactly helping them.

So the suggestion from tek is that the prosecution isn't doing a good job because they aren't willing to knowingly falsify evidence and feed it to a witness? This is getting more and more ridiculous. also how eould they conceal this fake recording in dr baos written notes?

youre reading ALOT of things incorrectly. I say theyre not doing a good job a while ago cuz theyre not being aggressive enough. THEN i said why not trap these witnesses who are obviously lying. THEN i said having a witness bring in evidence is very possible citing dr baos notes as a perfect example of a witness bringing in evidence.
