Surely this is a 100% raffle for Mall stores. Security isn't going to allow hundreds of people to line up outside Stores in the mall on Black Friday, they will be blocking every entrance to every store.

I hear bout these raffle tickets in us while here in uk we aint got nothing like that, no hassle when getting a pair even if quickstrike but the downside is all kicks are ~ $220+ as standard price
