No, they haven't dropped (DS pairs still priced 500-700 or more for people who don't actually want to sell them). That $300 dollar pair are "VNDS" which can really mean anything.
I'd hang onto them, since you can ID a pair any time, and the MC Flyknit is not available for now. So, to me, MP > anything you can ID atm. Individual mileage my vary.
