OFFICIAL 2013 FANTASY FOOTBALL TALK

I stand by that trade lmao.

I NEEDED wr help. I gave up charles and Wallace for AJ green and Stevie johnson basically in a WR happy league (ff wise). I still have a elite RB in forte and I'm still waiting on Wilson to reach his talent which I took the risk on.

I understand I give up Wilson but he's not a fantasy football QB that you can rely on. Mendenhall was actually the player I didnt want to let go since hes the starter and getting full carries, but hes nothing special.

My squad now looks like:

Rivers
Forte
Wilson
AJ Green
Stevie Johnson
Julius Thomas
Golden Tate/Greg Jennings/Coby Fleener

I undestand I basically got 2 back up RB's but ****...I needed change!!

i get what you mean about Wilson, but is 2 games enough to trust Philip rivers to qb your season? i like rivers a lot but id be looking for alex smith or sam bradford on the FA pool

That was a PANIC move bro :lol: ... Why risk waiting on David Wilson to come around when you already had Charles? And you're acting like Mike Wallace was a bum, he got busy last week. Mike Wallace > Stevie Johnson. I love AJ Green but there will be more days like last Monday night to come, teams are starting to triple team him like Megatron.

You should've tried to move Mendy and R.Wilson for a WR instead of gutting your team for basically AJ Green.

And Wilson is not a fantasy QB you can rely on?? :wow: :wow: he basically won me my championship last year, his numbers down the stretch were on par with Manning/Brady/Brees/Rodgers if not better!

leaning towards Starks, looks like he's starting.
Gordon returns from suspension this week.
 
Yeah I understand were ya'll coming from. It def was a panic move seeing im already 0-2 and Charles got me 15 points both weeks without ever even having a great game.

I like steve johnson alot. He's getting alot of targets (by far on team) and ofcourse AJ Green is 2nd to megaton.

I tried D. Wilson but he didnt budge. I initally did J. Charles for AJ straight up and he didnt budge. He need RB help badly so i figured he would accept that. I guess I got tired of going back and forth.

But ****, its approved and I'm putting my marbles into David Wilson getting hot and Rivers continuing being hot.

And regards to Russy wilson, i gave up on him early. But the Seahawks simply run the ball to much to rely on him to start in my FF league. I might as well use Pryor or Tannehill in that case since they'll put up similiar points.

Gordon is also dealing with backups at QB and RB starting. Not ideal coming back from suspension. Start Starks

Russell Wilson was just dropped in one of my league. I'm dropping Rivers for him. RG3 is my starter. I'm kind of happy lol.
 
Dude that I'm playing this week is putting all his eggs in one basket. He has Vick, Jackson, and Shady starting.

We're both undefeated so I'm praying KC contains Philly's offense tonight! *fingers crossed*

Russell Wilson dropped? thats crazy. thats my starting QB, I think he'll start rolling soon here. I'd swoop him with the quickness

Oh the dreaded 0-2 start .. makes sense now :lol: .. my boy is going through that same issue, dude has changed his fantasy team name 3 times this week :rofl: :rofl: .. that 0-2 struggle is REAL.

I'm 0-2 too..

Trying not to panic, though. lost last week by 10 points and had Tavon on my bench, Kenbrell starting. :frown: Austin would have won it for me..

The worse thing is making knee jerk reactions to crappy performances, only to see that player ball out the next week - when he's on somebody elses roster. :smh:


I have Stevan Ridley. he's done NOTHING thus far, but I still have faith lol

i have both charles and mccoy going for me tonight ( ppr league, with sproles on the bench) , and i have KC as my starting defense ( points for return yardage) . plus  brandon flowers is a game -time decision. ill have to monitor that up until kick off

I twisted myself all around in my PPR. I dropped Quizz for Snelling. Probably wouldn't start either this week, but while Quizz may have better appeal in a ppr, he just doesn't do it for me. Snelling should have more impact in the run game while still catching a few. Anyone have thoughts?
 
I need some help. I'm 0-2 so far and I only have one real RB.

My current RBs are:

Marshawn Lynch
Monte Ball
Christine Michael
Issac Redman
Le'veon Bell


I'm thinking of dropping Redman and Michael to pick up Da'rel Scott of the Giants. he's the only free agent with points in my league. My boy wants me to trade him Tony Gonzalez for Willis McGahee but I don't won't to even tho I know I need a RB. Also I have Clay as a backup TE.
 
^What's QB and WR looking like? 0-2 isn't the time to panic, but you probably will need a better RB. A trade might be the only way to get what you want done.

I just picked up Germaine Gresham off Waivers.. Fleener is still available.. who has the better upside? i think i have a total of 3pts from my TEs the last 2 weeks.. really need to get them pts wherever i can..
