^Naw but it would be a nice surprise. I heard it was suppose to come out soon. Maybe during Monday Night Football hopefully if not tonight.
 
Finally saw Suicide Squad, the extended cut.

They made it abundantly clear this was a movie co-starting Willshot and Harley.

W/e was added with the 14 min didn't help. Movie felt too long especially to start.

After a while the Harley flashbacks got whack. I didn't think this was gonna be where they depict her origin. Then with Will, I know some said it was just him being him but really dude was literally playing Mike Lowry from Bad Boys just more gun proficient :lol: All The corny jokes to match but no Martin Lawrence to work off. The Deadshot and daughter stuff was just too on the nose.

Leto's Joker was lame to me. The way they introduced most of the other members wasn't good.

The playlist just annoyed me. I didn't mind it at first but it just didn't stop. I remember reading complaints and seeing the soundtrack consisting mostly of songs I like but eh @ execution.

Villain was extra whack.

Diablo was some Dominic Torreto reject. Talking about his new family :lol:

What the **** with that climax/3rd act? They had a chance for some dope fight choreography with Enchantress for a final fight after getting rid of random black evil brother but she was fighting them in a damn dust storm.

This is definitely one of Ayer's weaker movies. Also the movie didn't feel a part of the DCEU at all with it being the 3rd movie. I just did not enjoy watching this movie.

Best scenes were Willshot taking out the demon putties and Waller killing the help.

Not as terrible as BvS by any means but this movie has a lifelessness to it that Ayer could've avoided by at least a half.

Love me some DCEU. Hated Suicide Squad.

don't know how you can seriously have SS rated higher than BvS, but to each his own.
 
The only thing I liked about BvS was Batffleck.

Everything else was terrible; villain(s), story, plot, editing, etc.

SS wasn't as bad in those areas and didn't have terrible editing.

Its still crazy to me that in one leaked rumor DC execs saw.the movie and gave it a sta ding ovation and in the next those same ppl were panicked cuz they knew the movie would be ****.

I don't like either movie but with the extra scenes I'd happily take BVS over Suicode Squad. SS is GL status for me
 
I didn't mention it but some of that main villain magic garbage energy ring in the sky along with the ppl turned in to demon minions reminded me of GL.

However, the last thing BvS needs is to be longer :x :stoneface:
 
By reading your post and the start of the vid I was like I wonder if Wilson gives a **** or really knows about Orm or much about Aquaman at all other than the usual.

But then he gets handed the comic and just hearing him acknowledge the New52 and this is when they redid it with a tone of displeasure had me :rofl: Said it was great for cameras.
 
This is why i have a bad feeling about the JL movie and i really want that movie to flourish.

To me, SS obviously felt Dark but with some Marvel (funny) flavor in it (or at least they tried). Like a Dark version of GOTG but executed very poorly. :lol: :smh: :x

If I want to waste 3+hrs of my life I'll watch the yule log or some ****.

I can't make it through regular BvS when it airs on HBO. I'm good for a Batffleck scene then I'm out.

Yeah it was weird. The comedy was so forced it was like they forgot this a squad of criminals. Killers.

Strange watching Will go from rated R killing to cracking jokes and roasting Flagg.

Same goes for the rest. They didn't seem like real criminals. Harley being the exception and having an excuse.

Even worse when it came to Diablo. In between the music and shooting they telling jokes and then trying to make you take this repentant arsonist murderer serious didn't work or maybe dude just wasn't a good enough actor.

jay Hernandez always been extra regular as a actor I can't think of one memorable role from cuz.

Marvel got dudes like Michael Pena playing nobodies smh
 
My fiance got me a willshot funko pop figure and a Joker snapback cap for my B-day this past week. And I got her a copy of BVS and SS extended cuts for Christmas. A good Christmas was had by all

He doesn't sound displeased to me. New 52 Aquaman is what made a lot of people fans of Aquaman. Geoff Johns took a character that people made jokes about and got them to take him seriously. Now we got Khal Drogo playing the guy. :pimp:

Patrick Wilson said he already had that Ocean Master issue too and he said its great before he mentions its from the New 52. Respect to Strahan for hooking him up with the villains month one shot still. It doesn't look like one of the slick 3D covers doe. It looks like the plain non-3D cover version. Good Morning America can't spring for the 3D? :nerd: :lol:

Aint recognize him at all. I barely remember Hostel but yeah FNL :lol: That's how I know him.

Don't forget he was in Hang Time. Loved that show. Didn't know he married Julie from the show. He been slamdunking in her basket. Sticking his arm in the rim like vince carter in the dunk contest.
