So i broke up with my ex of 1 year and 6 months because she admitted to have cheated on me twice, once with her ex and the other with a co-worker. After a period of not talking we started to talk once more and tried to patch things up. We had scheduled at day for us to go out and eat and talk about the situation. So the night before our date I called her and she ignored my call. I tried again and she answered crying really badly. I asked her what was wrong and she just hung up and turned off her phone. So i texted her saying if she didnt answer that I was gonna drive to her house. She called me back, and she told me that when I called her she was ******* another dude. So after that I just couldn't do it anymore and I told her that i didn't want her in my life anymore at all. I have to cut her off. But its still in my head the fact that she was smashing the other dude. I haven't spoken to her since. And i intend to keep it that way. I just feel a bit depressed and don't know how to get rid of it. Thanks for hearing me out NT.

Bro, that pain is something most everyone deals with at some point or another. So realize that you're not alone.

Secondly realize she never truly loved you, because if she did she wouldn't have done you like that. You need to love yourself and realize that this is a blessing. What if you impregnated her?

Sometimes when you're depressed you can't see the bigger picture. I'm here to tell you that you're worth more than that bro.

Take this time to reinvent yourself. Get in the best shape of your life, focus on school and career. In time that pain will pass and you will find someone who appreciates you.

Go out to a bar/club and meet new women. Know that there PLENTY OF WOMEN BETTER than her out there. she wasn't no where close to perfect. You can find someone else better than her.

Some people will tell you to go out to clubs/bars. Some will say to go smash a bunch of chicks. Some will tell you to pick up a hobby.

But in all hobesty, none of that is going to work.

The only thing that will truly make things better is time. Figure out the best use of it and eventually, this too shall pass.
 
keep yourself occupied... if you are miserable, she's winning. Dude, have some pride. After she cheat on you once, smash one last time and peace out.
