Rams would be idiots to take Watkins after investing so much into Tavon last year.

WR's are too deep this year to waste that gift of a #2 pick on.

Take Mack, then take Evans at 13 if you really want another WR. Call it a day.

Logan Thomas isn't a lock at TE. He's still trying to be a QB. And although I think he sucked at QB, some scouts think he could still be good starting QB 3-4 years from now in the right system. They like his size and athleticism and he supposedly improved his mechanics. They're blaming VT's offensive line and WRs for him looking terrible.

That sounds like a lot smarter of a plan than taking Watkins at 2.

They should definitely try and trade down from that #2 spot

@100027 i agree.. they have 12 picks..

if i'm trying get someone in the top to 10 trade up to 2, and then i can hopefully get robinson or at the least mathews [while getting future high pick(s)].. and they can easily move up from 13 if they want to get say barr or one of the QBs

or hell, drop back again from 13 and get more Oline help (the kid out of notre dame).. then get a WR in the 2nd

9ers should definitely trade up for Watkins and the asking ng price is too much trade up for Gilbert.

Word from several sources; Minnesota Vikings heavily leaning towards Zach Mettenberger/QB/LSU in 2nd, looking for LB (Khalil Mack/UB) in 1st

In an ideal world, my Texans trade down and pick up Mack. I think he fits better in our 3-4 and he can basically play anywhere. To me, he's probably going to have the fastest impact in the league out of the rookies and I think his floor and ceiling are through the roof.

Saying that, I wouldn't be tooooooo mad if the Texans just said f it and took him #1.

I would love to get Evans too, best WR in the class imho. But, does moving up = Kelvin Benjamin plus the picks it would take to move up for Evans? I'm inclined to say no. Say it costs us a first and a second, I rather have Kelvin and Deone Buchanon/Kyle Van Noy/Christian Jones (who Chip also seems to love) than Mike Evans.

I don't like Benjamin a little bit; I think he has bust written all over him

If they go D in the first round there will def be receivers who drop to the second round; maybe Lee drops there.

I LOOOOVE Allen Robinson and would love to scoop him in the 2nd round if we go D in the first; Chip may also grab Cooks if he is there at 22 but I have a feeling they make a play for Evans once Sammy is off the boards.

Its crazy to think a LB could go #2 in todays NFL - but it does make sense for the Rams so I can sortve understand it

I still find it unbelievable, but, everyone falls in love with a guy each year, and Mack does look legit, so we'll see
