LOCK. GO TO OFFSEASON THREAD, THANKS!

Barnes has been some kind of awful and yet Jackson STILL gives him more minutes than Draymond.

It's so crazy how well prepared Pop gets his squad

Y'all need to can jackson....never liked him off the strength that he thought he was too good to pay his dues as an assistant

mark jackson is a great motivator. it would be interesting if at some point steph tunes him out. but i highly doubt that will happen.

yall know lacob and his expectations arent happy and if they get bounced in the first he is def on the hot seat

I have no idea what is going on with Jackson.

Which coaches are available though? Man would I love to see JVG here.

Something tells me Karl will be a headache. Seems like a lot of Denver fans liked him, but understood he wasn't gonna cut it.

I was a big time Sonics fan, and as long as they had a good point guard and a solid 4 man, 50 wins was the run of the mill for Karl. But he is also old and probably done with coaching.

guys get tired of karls personality quick. he's one of those guys who will push you and get the best out of you, but you start tuning him out.

Any of the Van Gundys would be a good look.

Is Nate McMillan or George Karl available?

Why would you want George Karl?

I feel Mark Jackson is like the perfect coach for this team. They play so hard for him and they have really improved their Defense under Jackson

No issues with Jackson as long as the team plays good. Looking at the match ups, it's unlikely that the Warriors will see round 2 this season. The team should put up a fight, and I'll be happy with that. If the team gets swept or only wins 1 game, it might be time.

Last year everyone had us losing to the nuggets  im not gonna sit here and play fortune teller. IMO this team is better than last years. They can beat anybody

People wonder if the W's would be even better if they had a better coach than Mark Jackson. Aside from a few coaches like Phil Jackson, I don't know who would be able to do that much better. Honestly I feel coaching is very overrated in the NBA, it's a player's game, in my book.

if mark jackson can coach the warriors out of their boneheaded turnovers, i want to keep him

last time i checked, it wasn't jackson who was turning the ball over on consecutive trips in the 4th quarter of a close game. he's been bad with some of his rotations or forgetting to "feed the hothand" but i would say that's starting to change, particularly with Klay starting to return to last season's form. i can't think of another coach, aside from Pop or Phil Jackson, who i'd want in charge of our team.

george karl? no thanks.

Coach Jackson has earned it in my book. Let's not forget the countless years of losing, let's not get rid of someone just cause the team isn't reaching the unrealistic expectations set by management/fans. To quote Coach, "it's a process."

I'd like to see Jason Kidd take Curry under his wing.

Since that's not possible I think this team is tailor made for Rick Adelman, built similarly to the Kings of the early 2000s.

The only coaches I'm impressed with is Tom Thib, Frank Vogel, the dude who coaches Portland, and the obvious, POP!

And Jason Kidd? :x No thanks.

This kind of stuff isn't good. Luckily, this seems more like a local story. Warriors better win at least 2 games in the playoffs because I'd fire him if they didn't.

Are you not paying attention to what Kidd is doing? He's 10-3 in March and was 10-3 in January. He's 27-11 since the new year. What he's done is nothing short of incredible for a first year coach.
