what's most troubling is when i bring up the shot attempts and how KD's "passiveness" is actually him being more efficient, there is no counter. if I counter a statement with a legit opinion, at the least counter with your opinion or flaw in what i said. but troll on. i still believe most of yall are ******ed in here so eh

Him being passive is actually him being efficient? Never knew standing on the corner was perceived as efficiency. Guess by your standards I am ******ed then :rolleyes

When KD was shooting poorly, it was everyone's fault except KD. Scott Brooks won't do this, Russell Westbrook won't do that. How can you claim to watch the games and know so much more than everybody but won't even concede that KD has been playing scared. Last night he finally started being aggressive. Saw him actually seal off Prince, attack the rim etc. In the other games he'd stick his hand out hoping to get the ball without fighting for position, then give up on the play leaving RW with a short shot clock to create something.

If you want to have a real discussion, that's fine. But you calling people ******ed and being abrasive just tells me you want to be right and for us to agree. Move along with that

its the new kind of stat padding

the im 12/20 so im going to stop shooting even though i only have 27 points

if you're a good scorer your fg% will be good, no need to go out of your way to not take shots

said the exact same things when the season started, kd is a pushover he needs to stop caring about fg% and just shoot as much as possible

westbrook goes down and kd starts putting up 35 ppg easy, everyone starts saying hes the MVP

great players dont win games because they are trying to be efficient, great players win games because they want to dominate and destroy whoever is infront of them.

this whole stats era of basketball has hurt the game

I don't think KD has played scared at all. Tony Allen in the middle of everything you do disrupting everything you try will contain any aggressiveness. Someone told me KD even admitted Tony was in his head. Scared nah, outplayed a bit yea.

Nah, I think that's Lebron. KD gets shots off. He's the leading scorer

no one stopped lebron or kobe from getting the ball in mike browns "system"

great scorers find ways to get in positions to score, no need to blame the coach for KD's softness

Lucky for KD Tony Allen didn't play as much last night and wasn't in the game until way into the 1st quarter. KD racked up double digits before Tony even came in the game I think

“I’m worrying about a guy coming from behind trying to block the shot,” Durant said. “I’ve just got to focus in on the rim and my shot. I can’t go out there and think too much, I have to let my instincts take over….

“I’m not being disciplined enough in my shot,” Durant said. “I’m either pulling it back too quick or shooting too quick.”

Next game, first play of ot (only there because he tricked off an ft), gets smoooth past Tony Allen, has a fairly open midrange jumper right at the ft line, stops and looks for TA behind him, TA steals it, then he sulks back downcourt and leaves his team 5 on 4, Miller hits a 3

See "best scoring shooting guard in the game during regular season stats" James Harden.

I blame Westbrook and Brooks.

KD is averaging 30 pts this series. They havent stopped him from getting the ball. Forced him to find different shots rather. And take more of them. His 15pt game they still won. Soft? I think a little, but he's  finesse not diesel. Dude's probably a 28in waist, how "hard" could he be?

Look at KD out here playing hide and seek from his point guards, at home, in a playoff game (game 5). He so efficient

Is this quote when he was talking about T Allen being in his head?

You know I can't remember the last time I've seen CP3 hit a floater. He used to kill with that...doesn't utilize it as much as he used to. Can't get to the rim like before so that must be it.

hes lucky reggie jackson had the game of his life to make up for that 15 point no show

there are plenty of times where he "tries" to get the ball, lets tony allen poke the pass back at westbrook and westbrook is forced to take a bad shot.

the play where westbrook missed the game winner and perkins got the putback to tie the game, he passed to kd first and kd passed the ball up without even looking at the rim.

I expect Durant to get a lot of calls tomorrow. I just don't feel good at all about this Game 7.It seems like everything will go OKC's way.

I'm not giving KD a pass don't get me wrong. He's been outplayed. But soft is his game, and he's let T Allen get him out of that even. He's never going to be an on the block tough post threat though, until hes 30 slow and has grown man weight so he has to
