I have to admit I was a little disappointed in the PG dunk when I saw it, which wasn't live. I saw the NT reaction before I saw the dunk, so I was expecting that he went up in traffic and mashed on someone. Uncontested breakaways don't get me too hyped up. But George's was nice.

lol at Thibbs, up 31 yelling "Get Back TAJ!" when he is connected to his man already. Don't know how to embed instagram videos

I can't get enough of Joel Embiid's game.  Watching these highlights, I don't think I've been this excited for a player coming in in a long time.

Anyone watched enough college bball to tell me their realistic expectations for him?  Faults, etc.?

Am I the only one who thinks that PG dunk wasnt clean? It looked like he barely got the dunk through, he just looked awkward doing it. VC was clean as hell.

I rather have a smooth 360 or smooth windmill than a struggle 360 windmill. Not saying it was a terrible dunk, it was nice, but wasnt that smooth IMO.
youre comparing an in game dunk to one that was done in a dunk contest

It wasn't very smooth but it was impressive being that it was the 4th quarter and he is the primary option for the team. So it shows what kind of conditioning an NBA player never mind a star NBA player would need to pull that off after logging 30 plus minutes at the highest level. Let's not forget to add the fact of playing defense as well.

-Wasn't a full windmill, and he was kicking the legs out as well. If dunking was judged like Olympic diving the judges would have killed him on the points...

Kendall Marshall out here double doubles left and right  this is wild man. I know it's a product of the D'antoni system but still

Danny Granger will retire a Pacer.
Same way you retired your screen name?

^

That had potential, but it doesn't quite work.

Are you saying he will never retire? Or maybe you're saying butt hurt miami fans will beg him to retire but he won't which will end up causing them even more hurt butt?

i think he meant, just because you say it (especially since you say it), doesn't actually mean it's going to happen.

But I said Danny Ganger will retire a pacer, and his response was "the same way you retired your sn".

I never retired my SN (nor will I ever no matter how these new heat fans ***** and moan). So he has to be saying DG will never retire.

nash will always be one of my favorite players ever but what marshall and blake have done this year takes away from his accomplishments IMO

D'Antoni is moderately good at getting production from his PGs, if nothing else.

I remember being soo pissed that GSW snatched Curry up literally right before NYK. Then I wanted them to pick Jennings & they picked Jordan ******g Hill :smh: Jennings w/ D'Antoni would've been very entertaining

I was convinced the Knicks would get either Curry or Rubio that draft and they went back to back the 2 picks before.

Either would have been a great fit for D'Antoni.

I don't know why you would wish for your team to draft Jennings though.

How many players have resurrected their career this year?

Johnson is averaging 1.4 steals and a team-high 1.73 blocks in just 23.3 minutes this season. To put into perspective those numbers, if all three averages were to hold through the end of the season, he would become the first player in NBA history to post those steal and block averages in less than 25 minutes per game.

Xavier Henry
James Johnson
Kendall Marshall
Derrick Williams

Jennings would've been very entertaining under D'Antoni with Lee & later Stoudemire.

WIth both Rubio & Curry off the board, I would've selected him with that pick.

Didn't think about it like this. Very fair assessment.

D'antoni even had Chris Duhon looking like an All Star for a minute in NY. Crazy stuff. If nothing else, if you're an NBA caliber PG playing for D'antoni will get you paiddd.
