Now Johnson will score like 7 points in the second half after 20 in the first.
well i was close, he only scored 5

this guy just gets his points by half time and then he's like "**** it i can take the rest of the night off"

I need Anthony Davis to stop having it all

It's going to be a zoo when he becomes a free agent after his rookie contract is up, look for Bron/KD/CP3 to try to recruit him. You put him next to superstar perimeter player/3&D guys/nice rotation players and you have a championship contender. If I'm the Blazers I'm also tryna clear space to land him, Dame/LMA/AD? Even the curse can't ruin that.

Speaking of which looking ahead to 2015/16 I'm wondering which young players are going to link up on big market teams?

Like a Laker squad with Russ/Love/AD

So much young talent in the league, I expect a lot of shifts in the next two offseasons with a lot contracts expiring and promising prospects in the next 2 drafts

there was a stretch from like 07'-12' where cleveland and Ohio were taking L's on the daily. The only people that say anything good about cleveland are the people who were born and raised there. Countless amounts of celebrities have been using it as a punchline, I don't see why people get so up in arms defending it. It's a piece of crap city in a piece of crap state just admit it. Your pro sports teams are all abysmal organizations.

I swear It's like a homeless man doing mtv cribs on his cardboard box the way ya'll talk up your city. Give it a rest.

“I grew up in Dublin, I love Dublin. Maybe, if I grew up on a farm, and was ******ed, Bruges Cleveland might impress me, but I didn't, so, it doesn't”

I feel like when i watch Anthony Davis play (as i am today) i always feel like he just is not as good as the numbers would suggest, or as people on here hype him up to be.  his shot-blocking cannot be argued, but other than that...

Don't get me wrong i think he is extremely good and could potentially be a big time star, but right now im just not seeing the eye to eye with the people calling him the "best PF in the league" or the "best big man in the league" or "first team All-NBA"

For example, i just dont see how could people put this guy on LMA's level as of right now.

Portland has like the 4th hardest schedule coming up after having one of the easiest schedules through the half of games. I don't feel too good about them going forward.

Yeah I'm real curious to see how they play especially come closer to playoff time.

The West playoffs are gonna be :smokin

that pacers/blazers tweet reminds me of jameer 'see you in the second round' nelson

should either team not make it, i hope tickets will be bought for the team that doesnt

D Wade taking another game off? :smh:
This puts him on pace for 60 games out of 82. So he misses over a quarter of the season for "rest"

With all that "rest" he better give Miami substantially more than the 16 ppg he gave them in last year's playoffs.

he'll be restricted. Can't imagine that he won't be matched. He'll be unrestricted somewhere around 2021

Zbo taking Anthony Davis to school, surprisingly. He usually struggles against length and he has 23 and 20 against him.

In the 1st quarter, Davis was killing him on the defensive end.

Well that's because he isn't a first team all NBA player yet, and he isn't on LMA's level  he's not the best big in the league yet nor is he the best 4 man.

However, his production and strengths alone are already at an All Star level and he's in his second season. That's incredible. He has room to grow, and is already putting up all star numbers.

He has some ways to go as far as being able to be the cornerstone of a franchise offensively ala tim duncan or KG, but defensively he can be a franchise changer and already has a solid enough game offensively to be a 20 ppg scorer without a real post up game.

In essence, what he's doing as a sophomore in the league suggest that his ceiling is through the roof (And I hate the words ceiling, pottential, etc.) and it also suggest that he can be a franchise changer very soon.

I hate this, Player's union should have addressed this in the CBA. Rookies should be unrestricted as soon as their first contract expires. A guy can end up spending his prime years playing for the inept franchise who drafted him through no fault of his own. This is a player's league yet the owners get so much leeway out here it's disgusting.
