This is what I was told. The language doesnt make it seem that way but people are swearing up and down that anyone can use it. I just wanted to throw it out there in case theyre not lying.

do i need to just print out the flyer or do i need one of those code reader apps???????
 
It isn't legit. The BOGO deal is in the form of a coupon sent to your home. I recieved it a little while ago. I redeemed it on Friday and when I went, on the door of the restaurant was the coupon OP posted and underneath it the management said it was not valid. They would only redeem the ones sent to people.
