Mike Awesome and Tanaka's matches were always good, even the one at One Night Stand. Styles **** on Awesome during the entire match on commentary. I'll never forget Styles comment when Awesome does the suicide dive.

I've watched a handful of Shimmer matches. If i can watch Maryse botch a simple kick to Cherry on the big stage, I can watch some women who can actually wrestle on a smaller stage. Some of them looks wise are

. That's the reason I can't watch too many matches from there. I mainly just watch matches from the women I recognize from other companies.Not on the CPU right now, but Sara Del Rey vs Mercedes Martinez (like 3 different ones) and Awesome/Amazing Kong vs Nikki Roxx are good. This chick name MsChef has some good ones as well.

Not sure why I'm watching this match. I looked up WWF Lex Luger, wanted to see some of his Lex Express days. It's funny how this Lex Luger, Money Inc, King Mabel, 123 Kid, Sycho Sid, Diesel etc. era has been erased from history. When WWE mentions "New Generation" all they do is mention Bret, Owen, HBK, Mankind, Undertaker, and Rocky Maivia. Don't watch this if you're expecting anything decent just for entertainment.

^So you've noticed the continued erasing of history as well I think it's cause even their delusional selves know the type of dark (and awful as a whole) period there was during that time. There's a reason why 95 is :x :x That was basically HBK, Bret, Owen, and Razor Ramon as far as good matches, the Undertaker as far as a top guy. The majority of the rest of the roster LOL

Around 95 was when I really started following wrestling. I think I still have Wrestlemania 11 that i recorded somewhere around the house.

Yea I have a bunch of coliseum vids from around that time. It's purely nostalgia that makes me go back to watch them. Only good match on there is HBK vs Jeff Jarrett (a very good match btw).
I should have appreciated Maryse more while she was in the WWE She wasn't very good in the ring, but she was better than Kelly Kelly, scorching hot, and appeared to at least enjoy being in the ring.

Got some last minute ringside seats for BFG tonight. There's still a decent amount of good seats left, too. What a shame for it being TNA's top PPV. Looking forward to something different though

*ODB vs. Gail Kim vs. Brooke Tessmacher for the Knockouts title - Kim is usually strong on the
*James Storm & Gunner vs. ? for tag titles
*Manik vs. Jeff Hardy vs Samoa Joe vs. Austin Aries vs. Chris Sabin in an Ultimate X match for X title - This match will open the PPV and should be a show-stealer. Sabin is the most experienced person in these types of matches. Aries is one of the best all-around performers in the business right now. Hardy excels in high-risk matches. Manik has never been in such a high profile match. Joe doesn't exactly fit into Ultimate X. Just based on how things are being pushed, I can see Sabin winning and coming out of it working with Aries.
*Sting vs. Magnus - Magnus is doing all the signs of the frustrated babyface doing the Zbyszko turn. Whether it's hinted here, or all the way here, he should either win the match by double-crossing Sting, or lose cleanly and freak out over it.
*Kurt Angle vs. Bobby Roode - The question here is what kind of shape Angle is in after several months off. They have the chance for a classic match and given this is a seven-match show, they should have time for it as well.
*Bully Ray vs. A.J. Styles for the TNA title in a no DQ match - I expect a quality main event, both the two have the ability to do so, no DQ gives them more options, and Bully Ray is going to come up with a good match story.
