Is he the same guy last year who made his debut and in an interview only talked about getting girls? Reading comments people leave on his ig are entertaining. He probably makes van zandt uncomfortable if they roll together on the mats.

A ufc belt is the only title he hasn't gotten so It would be cool to see him get it. He's had one of the greatest careers in mma if you want to ignore his trt use.

Anybody read the article on Woodley from Bloody Elbow this morning? He's basically trying to play the game that Dana created with his favoritism for needle movers without understanding he isn't really a needle mover himself.

Thanks to Dana and the circus show, the UFC is becoming increasingly like boxing in some instances where champs can refuse to fight the people they should because they feel entitled.

You guys definition of held up is weird. Held up in my eyes is if a guy doesn't fight a contender within 2 or 3 fights. Did Mike Tyson hold up the Heavyweight crown when he decided to go fight Buster Douglas instead of just hopping into the ring with Holyfield?
Women's Bantanweight has been defended twice this year. How is held up?
Bisping just won the Middlweight. Now if his next opponwnt is let's say Spider then an arguement can be made about it being held up.

FW hasn't been defended in more than 7 months lol. Josie and Max Holloway are legit contenders.

belts dont mean anything in the ufc
if the guy is marketed and gets a push, he could main event a show regardless if he has a title or not. it helps if he has a belt, but i feel it isn't necessary.
tyron woodley may be the champ, but if two guys like robbie/diaz (throw in gsp) wanted to fight, that would do bigger numbers than anything woodley can get. he's a ufc on fox type guy. nobody is spending money to see just woodley

Precision and timing completely went out the window. Conor threw every punch with vicious intentions, not setting up. And I don't know what he was thinking about without those spinning heel kicks.
