The Combat Jack Show Thread

Keith liking jail  The longer the interview was, the more Keith was slurring

Pete is required to talk about presence over presents and jail.

That Fredro and Keith rap battle is trash.

I just listened to that Joe Budden podcast.

Somebody def played the **** out of Marisa over the labor day weekend.

She sound like she had something happen where she couldn't do anything but admit to the worst of her fears about herself

Yeah man. She seemed really depressed and seems like she's going to try and change. Joe had the same thoughts I did. What happen, you just got flown out for the first time

Lyor Cohen on Rap Radar

Dudes full of it. Him trying to defend 360's :smh: We're going to put more money in to them and we're making an investment. We're the reason they're able to get these deals? They're signing people who already have a movement and who are known. And where is all this money? Because it's not going in to A&Ring, marketing, videos or making records.

this was good because of clark kent , but id probably never listen to these guys again

everybody dont need a podcast

Lyor Cohen giving the okie doke and tryna justify that 360 deal on that rap radar podcast

Yeah man, that was my reaction. And him trying to describe the talent of Fetty.

The Big Boi was pretty good. I finally listened to that.

I didn't know Big Boi and Dre still just hung out like that. I really think Dre pulled a Lauryn Hill/Dr Dre from the success of Love Below

love below was trash besides a day in the life of Andre Benjamin

Elliot made me realize why I hate him.

I hated him with XXL and the us versus them, being YN and trying to be the star. Twenty years later he's still doing the we're number one thing as an effort to promote his product as if that attracts people. I wonder how Pete and Combat feel about it.

Made him sound like a sleezy car salesman
As well as made him seem like a leech or culture vulture

Yep, he gave me the same reaction as when I hear Coach Cal speaks. I recognize when I'm being fed bull. Him trying to say how much money they're spending in 2015. They spend pennies compared to what they used to with artist.

Yeah, but it was successful as hell and put Outkast in another league.

yeah melanin deficient folks ate that album up :smh:
I swear from stankonia to that I didn't know what the hell was going on :smh:

People really tried to convince you it was good though

You don't understand it
It's different

I had the same reaction to 808's

Looks like a good Combat Jack for my trip home.:pimp:

Not sure I'm a fan of this RapRadar podcast. They feel so thirsty to give off the impression that they're so much better than everything else.

Feels like a regular radio show, and the reason I listen to podcasts is to avoid that.

Wish the Combat Jack was just Erick Sermon

dude already had these BLM negus on there.....don't care to hear about getting arrested for photo-op stories

at least bring back Marc Lamont Hill or someone of his caliber ....

Torae was OK. I still play click to this day.the couple in the middle wasn't necessary but I like him standing by his guests.

That deray guy has by far the most annoying voice ever. I support his cause or whatever but his voice makes me want to sock him right in his left eye

The OC Juan Ep was good. Best one in a minute. I never knew how he got with Organized, because I never knew about the Queens connection and staying near Monch.

The Tax was sort of wack. First you could barely hear the bartenders. And the way he looks down on them is disturbing. You would think they were pros. And him promoting simping. Take care of you? They aren't children :smh:

If a dude got with you while you were on a pole or in a bar, he should be accepting of it or move on.

Haven't gotten around to Juan Epstein yet. Funny how I'm preferring them over combat jack now. Haven't been feeling combat agenda lately and its become painfully obvious. Oh well
