at the thought of hiring him

Red, where'd you see the Kap retiring rumor at?
count me in as well.

Call me disloyal or whatever, I dont ******* care.

I watched this organization go an entire season without winning a game in regulation(while somehow sweeping a team in OT).

Then despite winning 2 more games the next season, manage to be statistically worse.

I'm not gonna continue to support an organization going out of their way to put a **** product out for their fans/consumers.

I got better **** to do with my life.

i, for one, wouldn't question anyone's loyalty if they jumped ship and abandoned this **** hole. the reality is that our beloved 49ers died when eddie D gave the team up. the fact that we've stuck around to this point shows how loyal we are to these ungrateful, incompetent pieces of **** that is the Yorks. 16 years of mismanaging one of the crown jewels of the NFL with 3 outlier years that should be entirely omitted from the York's track record.

***** just frustrating...

they bring in Jeff Fisher, they clearly have zero interest in putting an acceptable product on the field.

"we dont raise division banners, we dont raise conference championship banners"

proceeded by 5-11, then 1-12 and counting....

myles garrett, arik armstead, deforest buckner, dontari poe/brandon grahams, aaron lynch, kiko alsono,  navorro bowman, jimmie ward, rashard robinson, etc.  ZERO EXCUSES THERE.

we're going to have so much cap space--around $100 million. the next GM needs to make this happen.

[thread="580987"]draft myles garrett and sign a FA LB like kiko alonso and NT like dontari poe or brandon williams, and there shouldn't be one god damn peep about lack of talent. [/thread]

Curious to see how empty it will be bc it looks bad on tv and with it being new year's day i'm expecting lots of empty seats. Gonna try and make my way down towards the lower section

As a 49er season ticket holder for the last 22 years, New Year's Day will be the first home 49er game I will have missed strictly because I dont want to go.  Sad.

We can have those players but they still putting 100+ run yards on us with jim oneal as DC
this is true.

but, with baalke out and the rumors of his departure in chicago being imminent, there could be a chance to mend fences.

adam gase has the dolphins on the verge of being 9-5

lol  :smh:

“It’s up to us we compete for and win Super Bowls. That’s our only goal. We don’t raise division championship banners. We don’t raise NFC Championship banners. We raise Super Bowl banners. Whenever we don’t deliver that, I hope that you will hold me directly responsible and accountable for it. We look forward to getting this thing back on track and giving you guys exactly what you deserve.”

Article gets funnier/more pathetic each year, hell... each week.

Q: You just got rid of a coach who averaged 12 wins a year. What will the expectations be for the next coach?

YORK: “To win the Super Bowl.”

Q: In Year 1?

YORK: “We expect to win the Super Bowl every year. That is our goal.”

Q: What if that coach doesn’t win the Super Bowl the first couple years?

YORK: “Then we’re going to have figure out if that’s the right fit.”
