Worked in east saint a few years back....remember hearing shotgun blasts in daytime occasionally and rolling up to customers house passing by crime scene the morning their mayor was murdered

From California, can confirm. Also they passed a small bill or temporary act I don't know how to call them but if you take out/destroy your lawn and leave it just straight dirt you'll get money from the state per square foot. Not a lot of money but they'd rather give you money then waste water. It's funny because you only get the money if you just started to take out your lawn and not to those people who never took care of their lawn to begin with. They check the neighborhoods.
