GoPro Video Thread

Glad to see more gopro owners ITT :pimp:

I've listed some tips and stuff in the first couple pages.(on mobile to quote)

As far as the sd card, it's important what goes in. Not all class 10 cards are the same. Some are way faster than others.
Make sure you do some research on them.
Sandisk.. I've had bad luck with them.
PNY had been clutch for me.
 
What's up Guys... first time posting in this thread! i've been a Gopro user since the Original HD 1 I got back in December 2009.. I've used every model since they're just getting better and better. Here's soe recent pix I took w my Gopro HERO 4 Black Edition

both are shot at ISO : 200

I'll start posting and sharing more of my GoPro photos in here. Maybe some video too.

Wave what dive housing do you use when you are in the water? or do you use the stock housing? Any tips on editing and do you use go pro studio.
 
when I shoot the waves w/ my Canon 7D, I use an AQUATECH IMAGING SOLUTIONS water housing.

I use Gopro Studio and sometimes imovie or final cut pro.


edition all depends on what type of video you plan to do.
 
Thread seems dead.

quick question, seems dumb, but I have the GoPole Reach.

Only complaint is that in order to change it from "selfie" to "action" view is to unscrew if from the mount and face it in the direction I want it to go. Been searching around but found nothing. Any mounts of way I can change the direction easily and faster?

 might not be in your realm..  but.. i have this pole.. you can mount 2 gopros.. one facing you and one facing the other way..
 
Appreciate the lookout, but a bit too much overkill for me.

Ended up just getting the ball joint mount on Amazon so I can attach it onto my goPole as is.

A little late to the party but here is a review i saw on the ball mount from one of the car channels im subscribed to. You can use it for more than the pole so i think its something everyone should have
