A few days ago I received an Almost finished email for my MC pair, and just now I received a Building email

Got the Almost Finished this morning for one of my pairs.

The other pair i still have no update and says "in progress" if i go to the order details

Just chatted with a rep (great idea, I know) to see if he had more insight about when my MC order would be shipped. It changed from "build in progress" to "in progress" recently and I wanted to know if that means the build is finished. The rep said that my order was still "processing" and just gave me the estimated delivery date that was the same as the confirmation email. Seemed like he had no clue what he was talking about, but I know I shouldn't have expected more :lol: Oh well, it is still far away from Sept 11 and all I can do is wait until then. Not even gonna bother asking about my other pair.
 
FYI:

Take it for what's it worth with my phone chat with a Nike Rep.

Ordered 4 ID's with MC right before it SOLD OUT via Twitter, and ordered 1 pair the same night with 1 ID in my cart after the SOLD OUT.

Only got 1 started email for one of them and a finishing building email for the same pair for the BEFORE SOLD OUT order.

Nike Rep confirmed the 3 NON-SOLD OUT pair are being built and along with my 1 SOLD OUT order.

TBH, people are extremely paranoid. Not 1 order canceled we have seen (with proof), and not even close to missing any delivery dates yet. 

Its like Y2K panic up in here.

the problem is there's a lot of new faces who don't know the procedure. we try to tell them but they don't listen. just continue *****ing. *****ing on NT or to Nike won't make your shoes come faster, nor will it make emails appear out of thin air.

as for Y2K, i was in grade 6 and had more common sense than most of the world. i remember laughing at the idea and saying "so you're telling me that Europe is gonna start blowing up first because they're x amount of hours ahead?" (i only knew time zones between North America and Europe cause that's my background).

i then remember sitting on the toilet (i had to poop) and stared at my clock as it hit zero.

i also remember going on my computer and "living on the edge" and setting my time to jan 1, 2000 at 12:01AM and seeing what would happen :rofl:

nothin happened. biggest troll job by the media in the history of the world IMO

My order shows as shipped on orders page, should be here Friday.

Feel sorry for you guys who ordered as soon as they were available and haven't heard jack. I would've done the same had I not been on the golf course as I had to wait until my round was over so I could tell what I was ordering (mobile ID site sucks).

1 guy did get his order cancelled...he ordered a week or so after the sold out tweet and his order was cancelled next day. but thats the only one
 
nike wins with this iD. it brought so many people out of the fog and introduced them to iD. unfortunately they have to live with the results on the back end which is a massive amount of the same calls to customer service about the exact same thing...only because there are so many people that arent familiar with the process, and they all want instant gratification.

when an iD gets to a certain point in the supply chain (build process) the emails are automatically generated. they have had network issues and all of the emails sent during the network issues are starting to come thru...even if they are late.

no big nike conspiracy or nike trolling everyone.
 
I swear this has turned out to be the funniest thread I've been lurking in over the last few years. Inbetween that PokeZach kid, the Paranoia of Cancellations, Nike Troll'n everyone, countless ppl getting pissed off w one another about info they don't know & the repetitive questions being asked, the funny gifs, the memes... Mannnn thank you guys! I haven't laughed so much in my life on here in a long time. Needless to say, Nike gave us one of the best ID's of all time hands down. I'm in the same boat as many others playing the wait game as well, only thing you can do is just be patient.. I received 1 of 3 IDs about a month ago, which only took them 15 days altogether to build, ship & receive. Now I'm waiting for my 2 MC's like everyone else lol I ain't tripping though. I think I'm ganna regret the speckles because I was rushing to make it and picked out red instead of mango. I can always paint over it though so it doesn't matter I guess.
 
It probably only takes less than a day to make the shoe I would imagine. Issue is just so many cot damn orders. They only got two hands.
