If any NT Laker fans have the Laker channel TWC SportsNet.

You should all check out "Dr. Buss: Lakers Life"

Such a dope owner and person.

Makes me sad how Jim Buss is running the team now :smh:

What has happened was unavoidable.

It's not Jim Buss, it's not Mitch Kupchak, it's not the passing of Jerry Buss.. It was inevitable.

CP3 trade would have changed everything. But that's gone now.

Had we chose Ramon Sessions over Steve Nash, and used the $9.7mil Lamar Odom trade exception , 2 - 1sts & 2- 2nds for a Small Forward, maybe it changes things. But are you really going to say Jim Buss wouldn't have been crucified if he took Sessions over Nash? Even if it was the right choice.

I would have loved him if he kept the younger, cheaper Sessions, 2 firsts and 2 seconds over the 38 year old with a 30 million dollar extension.

Loved him, I would.

hindsight is always 20/20.

Mannn it was more than the money cars women drugs for LO that helped in his downfall. It was his drug of choice that threw me off. The man has demons from the past. His dad cane back around. Just sad.

People forget where he came from, what he came from. He finally found stability and true importance to a team to a city to a family. He finally got to a peaceful successful place after all of the pain and BOOM! All taken away in what he felt was betrayal. Dat boi heart and psyche broke right then & there

champcruthik champcruthik You're really high on jordan. What do you feel is his ceiling?
At worst, 6th man. I have higher expectations and project him as a long-term NBA starter. This much is clear, Washington will regret trading Clarkson. Lakers got a steal at #46. Plays both guard positions. Explosive blow-by speed, length, can score at will. Jumper will continue getting better, and needs a plan B when defenders try/learn to take away his right-hand drive.

Is he gonna play the 1 and 2?
Immediately dissecting his game, Clarky is more of a 2-guard at the moment. But he's learning and improving at PG, kind of experimenting with trial by fire. Don't want to necessarily compare to Westbrook, but the transition may be similar without the same level of high results as Russy.

Damn that's high praise. Hope we lock him up and he stays healthy

posted this in the NBA thread but should have went here:

Bill Simmons on Colin Cowherd today:

Lakers are holding off on a coach to see if Doc leaves the Clippers, the Lakers will make a push.

thoughts on this......

be careful with Jordan....

kid hasnt played a single game in the NBA yet (summer league dont count)

Im rooting for him, but well see how good he really is halfway through the season....

really looking for X to turn it on this year.

X gon Earl us bruh.

Yeah Clarkson looked real good in the summer league.

But people need to chill on the HYPE with him. Summer league competition is nowhere close to NBA regular season.

Doc Rivers leaving the Clippers and signing with the Lakers would be dope .

Doc said if Sterling is still the owner going into next season then he would quit.

Let's see if he takes money over integrity though...
