My current rotation basically consists of:  UB 1.0 whites, Oxford Tan 350's, AM90 Infrared, Nike Free Flyknit NSW, white Vans, Oreo FKR (kind of beaters), and some old NB420 x Herschel's that are my true beaters (spilled motor oil on them).

I probably have 30 pairs of J's, but the only ones I'd even consider wearing anymore are 3's, 4's, and XI's.  Picked up the Flu Games last weekend on the SNKRS app, but not sure if I'd wear them in an outfit ever.  Lot of Jordan's are too high / clunky.  I have the Cyber Monday 1's which I like a lot, but I don't like how they look on my feet.

Also, I just turned 32 a couple weekends ago (GG 750 release weekend - no soup for me, though) and I'm not an Asian for California (I'm a white guy from CO).

New Balance 996/997/998, Jordan 1 & 3, Air Max 90s, Flyknit Racers
Me and you have similar taste in sneakers. I always see you in the NB thread. Besides the Jordan 1s, Jordans are a no go for me.
Rock what you like but most Js are so loud and colorfull, so tacky and subpar quality. I also like the black cement 3s & the 88s. The black 5s are nice too. Ends there. I also dig air max and retro 90s runners. Those Michael Johnson zoom runners are FIRE.

The first run of the Herschel x NB420 are hands down my favorite NB. I copped the reds first, and then the greys on the second run but the quality was totally different (worse) on the second run. Always upset that I didn't cop the navys from the first run.

I would say I mostly been wearing runners for the past 8 years, and these days it seems almost all boost (UB, Yeezy & NMD). But honestly I like any sneaker/shoe that is clean or has some kind of meaning. Copped the LeBron soldier iDs this week. Probably will never wear them but just had to get them on principal. I love AJ 1 highs, you can easily wear jeans over them if you don't want to sport the hightop look. Some select 4s & 10s. Really looking to get a pair of Filling Pieces. I wan't an all beige leather shoe (especially since I missed the NMDs). The monochrome look is super fresh to me, that's why I really like the 1.0 UBs and the PK NMDs.

I really don't care for NMDs compared to UBs.. I sold my only pair of NMDs after wearing them once

I'm into these as long as they're not replacing the ZG Knits
I'm getting these.  I think it's time to start unloading some of my Jordans to pay for more boost

The real story in that picture is the black pair to the left.

Looks like an UB sole.

never liked the uncaged look, these uncaged UBs coming out look kinda wack.  I'll let the hypebeasts have them.
So because YOU don't like the look of the shoe if anyone does they are a hypebeast?

That's cold

I like the Y3 ZG's but they're kinda out of my price range.  Hard to justify spending so much on them.  Surprised people aren't thirsting over the non Y3 versions so much.  I get it that the Y3 ones are mainly white or black based so maybe that's why but the price difference between the regular ones is significant.

Was at adidas store today and saw a new ultra boost i've not seen, was in a hurry and didn't take a snap but it was like an oreo coloured ultra boost with a black heel cup and teal colour surround on the heel cup.  Quite nice.  May pop back to try it on.

Not when you get them for 200

I'd be in the NB thread a lot more, but not really liking the craftsmanship on the 998 models.  The materials for the most part are supreme.  The QC leaves a lot to be desired at times.  But still have lots of 998s in the closet.

I've heard .5 size up on the uncaged. Wild.

I would think going uncaged would provide more room. Guess not.
Might have to buy 3 sizes to find the perfect fit.  Euro dudes should already have their pairs.  Stop lurking and helps us dammit.

Or Adidas can get their sizing consistent. I can understand if sizing is different per lifestyle / running / basketball. But different versions of the same name? too complicated.

Any way to get a denim stain off of boost?

Try the tooth brush and detergent method and if that doesn't work...

buy a new pair and let those be your beaters:lol:

Yup, try dish soap with toothbrush first. If the denim stain isn't too heavily bled, it should take care of it. My other method is to use Mr. Clean magic eraser. Just rub with enough pressure to try to remove the denim stain. I scuffed my core black ultraboost once at the gym and made a black mark. Dish soap and toothbrush couldn't remove it but Mr. Clean magic eraser sure did. Looks like I never scuffed it :smokin . Try that and is if it works for you. This is why I don't use any of my raw denim on grey suede or white shoes. would definitely get denim stain if I did.

I've heard use paper towel and soap/detergent to clean the boost, but to just dab it since rough cleaning could ruin it.

Taking a toothbrush to it sounds relatively rough..?

Dont hold your breath on that happening.   Dudes cant even get the right photo on the box label.
