^this... but IMO,no need to change sizes... i guess it really depends on your feet... All my UBs are 10 and they do have subtle differences but not enough for me to size up or down...

Pretty much this. Only one that I know that you should go down half a size is the Solebox. Although your regular UB size should work too.

No, those are all samples/prototypes so no one knows.
The middle pair is most likely to actually release but no one knows when, the bottom pair was produced in super limited numbers as a proof of concept and I don't believe it was sold.
