I really wish I could do this. I for some reason can't wrap my mind around a nap that's less than two hours. It won't let me sleep.
i used to be like that too until i realize how much more efficient and effective a short nap is. I normally need at least a couple of alarms set so I don't over-nap

Only if you're using a higher concentrated mix. I've been using this for several years and only lost 3 teeth :lol:
Just kidding! Seriously, I've been using ACV for meany years at a small concentration and have had great results.
It's helped with my lab values and I can eat spicy foods without the after burner effects.

I'd encourage you to look into it more, so that YOU know the true benefits, because first hand information is much more likely to stick to you and result in keeping a good habit.

I hate that phrase- "_________ changed my life" because it's cliche now, but I can't stress it enough.
Did you know that your mouth is dirtier than your *** hole? It's always wet, dark, which makes it an ideal breeding ground for bacteria.
Couple that in with bad modern habits like dental issues, mouth breathing, and eating too much soft food and you wonder how a poorly taken care of oral cavity can ruin your health.
And a well taken care of mouth can reverse that!
