I don't know if I should get this or PES2015. I am not a fanboy of either one and I'm not trying to start any fanboy wars. I assumed I would be getting FIFA pretty much automatically, but then I saw this PES demo:



Give it a chance, just watch the first 10 seconds of gameplay. They say it every year, but IMO this time it really looks different from PES over the last many years. PES was better up to 2007ish, then it started to decline and FIFA took over.

And when I score a goal in FIFA these days, I STILL don't get the sensation that I personally crafted that goal like when the PES games were in their prime during the PS2 era. It somehow feels more "automatic" and scripted in FIFA... As do all sports games in general. But the closest thing I've ever experienced to a sensation that I and only I crafted an attack or goal, without any scripted/automatized computer involvement was with those PES games on PS2. That sensation being recreated on the current gen consoles would be

I've looked into PES before and I remember reading about how they don't have a lot of teams FIFA offers.

PES looks promising as well. I think it flows better offensively but that's me just judging by game play trailers.

PES has all the major clubs and the UEFA rights so there's some perks to it. The only teams they don't have are probably some 2nd to 3rd division league teams.

Yeah licensing has been a major issue for PES. If they get that together and some sort of mode like Pro Clubs i'd buy it.

I've been messing with the voice controls (PS4), the only thing i find it useful for is subbing in and out players without pausing the game, i LOVE this feature.

I'm on Seasons and Pro with the homies.  I can count the number of games ive played against a CPU on 1 hand.  Never liked UT, feel like it doesnt make you a better player, just a showcase of talented players sprinting up and down the field.

 I feel where you're coming from...I like the controls on the 15 demo so far, the pace feels more steady...definitely doesnt feel as fast which is fine with me

The players are built weird, their bodies look off to me 

I havent seen the trouble with the GKs ppl have been mentioning

yeah i noticed its harder to do sharp turns around the defenders. I need to put more time in the demo so im more prepared when it drops next week

Hold LB to do sharp turns when dribbling. I'm astonished people say they had better control in 14 Easily one of the worst games in the franchise.

Also if you guys didn't know by know go to controller settings and turn Analog Sprint ON. You run faster, turn and move faster.

agreed, I enjoy how they move this year
