Picked the release, entered in my zip code, hit Search.. then it shows every Foot Locker around my zip code? Which is hard to believe since you're saying only 15 in the US is getting them? I'm in NY btw.

umm im also in NY and that is not every FL but those are the big ones.

They won't do phone orders on these because the SKUs have a date associated with them. They won't be ~~able~~ allowed to ship them.
