i wouldn't do it. even though the legends are probably good for only their $200 retail, gammas still have value.... it'd be like paying 5-600 for the shoe. and there's a chance retail price could go down and/or restock. but if you really can't pass up on them and like them, sure, why not
I would do it. Both are general releases that can be had down the line if you really want them. Not true for the mercurials.

I don't think anyone in this thread would think twice about trading Gammas and Legends for Mercurials. I had the chance to trade GLV coves and GLV mints for the Black HTM pair a little after release and I passed. Safe to say I really regret that decision now. To those who think to wait for more colors as a solution I'd argue your gonna deal with this shoe selling out instantly anytime new colors drop. how noticeable is that gum sole on the magistas when walking around? and are the shoes as pointy as they look in some pics?
was in vancouver over the weekend and picked up a pair of black Magistas
yea i like them a lot. and to answer your questions the gum sole isn't very noticeable when worn and the toe doesnt seem too pointy when wearing them imo
Looks like about the same amount of toe curve as the Nike Free 4.0
The pointy toe is part of the appeal for me tho
A fellow NT'er gave me the info on someone that had a pair dude was originally looking for $450 but after everything was finalized it ended up being way more than that. Still pretty happy.
