dudes never quit "but but but...."

let it go

if you dont like Bron they made a haters thread for you take these nonsensical debates there

Oh come on. Really? Both plays Jordan had either a neutral or positive impact (inbounds and assist) at worst. Lebron's case was a missed three in the final seconds and a loose ball three by Allen, arguably NBA's best shooter of all time. And like someone pointed out, he was calling for the ball. I think it speaks volumes that MJ never called for the ball like Lebron and instead crashed the boards on the Paxson three. Also, he drew the second defender in and dished to Kerr. Respect that. You can argue that MJ would have made the shot had he decided to take it. But with Allen's game-tying three, you can clearly say Lebron would have missed because he actually did two seconds before Operation Bailout.

K. Now look at the entire game, in particular the 4th quarter of that game and see what Lebron did...you know, since all of that came before that Ray Allen shot. Hell, Lebron hit a huge 3 right before he missed the 3 you're referring to, but you just decided to leave that out huh  ?

Are you really crediting Jordan for "never calling for the ball like Lebron and instead crashed the boards on the paxson 3" man what    adsklfbdsjbafhsddafsdafsdldfs

Then you say you can argue that MJ would have made the shot had he decided to take it. That's stupid because he didn't take the damn shot  then you say Lebron would have missed because he actually did two seconds before operation bailout ?! WHAT    this doesn't even make sense man come on. I like it though, this fun / funny

So where does Lebron's 4th quarter play in your operation bailout my guy? :nerd:

I'm not saying Lebron sucks or anything. I just don't think it's fair to compare him to the GOAT. I feel like most people making those comparisons are younger people hoping they're witnessing the second coming of MJ. It just feels like wishful thinking and projection.

Nope nope nope no backtracking here. You said Lebron got bailed out by ray allen. Called it operation bailout and everything. How does Lebron's 4th quarter play into Operation Bailout? And how does the 3 he hit in the last 30 seconds or so to even make the ray allen 3 a possibility play into Operation bailout? Answerrrr :nerd:

Yeah I can explain it. He's a great player. He will make three's down the stretch. Now can you explain the missed three and him still being comparable to Jordan somehow?

led them in points boards assists steals & FG% in both playoff runs.

I don't have an issue with someone saying Bron "carried" Miami.
also led in minutes every single game, touches, possessions, turnovers, and intangibles like garbage minutes. Lebron didn't carry miami. he may have had nice stats, but so did everyone else. Carrying a team is wade 06. And yall conveniently leaving out lebron being nowhere to be found in 2011...

Man this is dumb as hell. You're ignoring the phenomenal 4th quarter he had and are strictly focusing on his missed 3 and somehow, because he missed one 3, it takes away from what he did. So now, he can't be compared to Jordan (whatever that means )

I'm done with this  don't respond to this my guy. You've said more than enough.

lets not forget chris bosh's vital role in operation bailout
bosh has a vital role period. nobody is willing to acknowledge it tho. im eager to see him and wade sans lebron. as long as bosh works on his 3pt-er this summer and wade loses some weight and works on his shooting.... theyll both flourish with so many more extra touches.

How do you guys think Hakeem's game would translate today?

The same as it did 20-30 years ago?

Hakeems game was timeless. Dominantly played with ease...the only difference from then and now, would be the zone defense rules.

I'm intrigued to see what kind of offense Blatt sets up with Bron, Kyrie & Love. Will LeBron force Kyrie & Love to alter their game to accommodate him? Or Will LeBron alter his game to accommodate Kyrie & Love?

Lol. Foh. I'll respond to whatever I want. Bottom line, Jordan won 6 chips without ever handpicking teammates. Lebron had to go crawling back to a team stacked with first overall picks. Different animal in my opinion and I should be entitled to it instead of being berated.

I feel like Shaq could have went down as the best ever if he had taken better care of himself and developed his game more

wont be the latter. Lebron is better than kyrie and love. Having him fall back to their level/lead is counterproductive. they need to get in line behind him. Same thing happened with bosh, then wade followed a year later. lebron is ball dominant. Hes got the ball I'd say about 16 of the 24 seconds on average. Its hard to flourish when one player gets all the touches. Expect loves rebounding numbers to go up or stay the same, scoring to drop, assists to drop. Kyries assists would only improve from the shooters theyve added or love. lebron wont get kyrie any assists unless its a fast break layup or alley.

Lebron James is Lebron James. He won't be altering ****

It'll be the others that will have to conform their games a bit to Lebron. But Kyrie and Love are both pretty adequate shooters and Love is good in the pick and roll / pop with either moving the ball along to someone else or scoring when he gets it in that position so I think they'll be fine. Their skillsets should complement Lebron pretty well.

Max Kellerman said on ESPN LA that Shaq was overall an underachiever. With that physical dominance he should have won more chips. I would agree with that.
