That's cool and all but the discussion isn't about if a woman hits a man and a man hits her backs. It's about a man saying he hit her a woman because he was provoked, and provoked doesn't mean someone put their hands on you.

Oh and she's a woman.

So even if we sat and watched her hit him, spit on him, berate him.......... Well you know.

Dudes on here, if you have daughters, PLEASE teach them not to do things to make a dude want to hit them. WOmen know dudes aren't supposed to hit and they abuse that law to DEATH.

When my daughter gets older I will teach her that. I truly believe girls should be raised to not hit boys but too many do. I've seen it countless times leaving bars/clubs. White/black/Latin it don't matter...girls get stupid when they start drinking and catch feels

Dudes are extreme when they be dropping chicks but some folks can't handle anger well. That's why I say dudes who can't shouldn't **** with abusive chicks

A slight tangent, but I think that law enforcement's attitude towards domestic abuse is a factor in this double standard. In a show called Southland, some officers were called to a domestic abuse call and one of the officers immediately handcuffed the dude without assessing the situation. It turned out she was the crazy one and threw hot oil in his face while he was handcuffed. 

My issue with that is that if I slap, punch and verbally assault a woman I am taking a trip to the local prison no questions asked. If I call the police because she did the same to me she might get a citation at the worst. I think if law enforcement took an equal stance in domestic violence cases regardless of gender, it might curve the attitudes of some women that they can get away with putting hands on a man and blaming it on "female emotional tendencies". This is an adult human being we are talking about here, not a 10-year old child.

SAS could have worded his statement better, but in my opinion it was pretty clear what he meant. Beadle knew what he meant too but chose to take the "activist" side of things and air him out. That tweet about her wearing a mini-skirt....she just needs to shut up

Had the discussion with my homegirl last night.

She said there's no point in her hitting me that I should have to hit her back. No matter what she does, at most I should grab and subdue her.
But even if I catch 100 rounds to the face, I shouldn't hit her once because as a man, I'm stronger than her.

Yeah, Aiight.

My first reaction would probably be to grab her and take her to the ground, sit on her until she calms down.

But like I told her, you hit me once. agh, you're just mad, I'll let you have that. But don't hit me again. I'm only telling you not to hit me a total of 3 times.
And if she got them hands, it may only be twice.
