Nothing like Futbol on thanksgiving.

Futbol > Football
BEST sport in the world and nothing else can really compare. This is coming from a Dominican who was born on the island and came out the womb holding a baseball glove and bat.

Where you watching el superclasico, I've been trying to find it but my Fox deportes is showing Eagles/Cowboys :smh:

I'm watching it at home, Fox Sports. But, then again, I have sky satellite. I have about 20 soccer channels :smokin

Roy Keane has stepped down from his post at Villa. He told Lambert he wanted to focus more on Ireland qualifying for the Euro & be more available for his family.

Since signing a 3 year deal with the National Bank of Abu Dhabi, Real Madrid will change their crest to no longer show the holy cross at the top of the crown in their crest as not to offend their new partners. :rolleyes

Looks like Rojo & El Tigre are back but Shaw is done for the rest of the year.

Reports are Thomas Vermaelen will not be able to play at all this campaign as he will undergo thigh surgery. What a great buy Zubi & Co...

Read a story the other day that former Barca scout Bojan Krkic Sr urged the club to purchase Thibaut Courtois, Raphael Varane, & Viktor Fischer for the then combined sum of €10 million (2011).

You have to admire how highly organized the Saints are during a game. It's a stark contrast from other teams in the Prem (save for Everton).

They were really smart in the transfer window too. I'm glad to see Fraser Forster on a bigger stage.

I think this is the most interesting game in the Prem this weekend.

Thats actually something that's been in the plans for a while now. I remember reading a similair article like this 2 years ago. Real Madrid was supposed to open a resort (or something, may have forgot) in the Middle East and all the blueprints showed the Real Madrid crest without the cross on top. But they said showing the crest without the cross would only be limited to their plans going forward in the Middle East.

Doubt they're removing their cross on the kits or in Spain, so Jesus freaks can relax. If it was me, it'd put a Star of David on top and see how they'd react

Seeing more chatter (or it's reappearing again) that Arsenal is negotiating with Palermo for 21 year old Argentine striker Paulo Dybala.

Don't they need defenders more so than attackers?

Gunners are also linked with Real Madrid's 15-year-old Real Madrid CB Gorka Zabarte Moreno...

Also in United news...

Wow, what a bargain. I was just thinking about Fischer the other day since I haven't seen him play for Ajax this campaign.

These situations always look poor in hindsight. But one has to remember around the time of assessing these youngsters how many times they've seen promising youth not fulfill their potential. It's a rolling of the dice, win some, lose some. The problem is when you lose out (see Pogba) you look like a clown...

You are right to a certain extent eiddy, but I've been watching Barca for a long time & comfortable enough to say that the current state of Barca is in large part due to business people running the football side of operations.

Starting with Rossell becoming president, you had someone that was more focused on cultivating his legacy & keeping up with the Jones (Madrid) than maintaining a great football club rife with history & tradition.

I think that was a huge part of what drove Pep out. One could also kinda see Tata really didn't have control of the team the way he would've liked & it progressively looked worse as time wore on.

I could've told you those 3 were worth the price mentioned. It's not rocket science if you've seen those kids play.
