On May 29th a "new" president will get elected to run world football on behalf of all of us who love the game. So how do we vote? [emoji]128064[/emoji] #FIFA

Very interesting from Kompany

@mattspiro Arsenal's promise to pay €4m for striker Yassin Fortune (16) and midfielder Reine Adelaide (17) could save Lens from bankruptcy (L'Equipe)

Pogba's agent could just be saying the Barca thing as a way to get teams to have to shell out a higher salary to get him from Juve

Please Pogba please come to barca...the football played would be absolutely beautiful.

I see him coming in 2016... It would be perfect IMO... Give iniesta time to usher him in for the 2nd half of the season.

So you think a young footballer in the CL final this year is going to want to be cup tied next season?

Or do you think he won't play CL matches for Juve?

If he joined in the summer of 16' wouldn't he be eligible to play CL footy with Barca anyways?

Honestly if I was Pogba I'd wait till after Euro 2016 to make a move. His hype leading up to and playing in it in home soil would increase his stock even more IMO.

In general for French players, especially the younger ones with hype around them are better off moving after the Euro.
But Pogba is the one everyone is looking at.
The youth/young players France has :x :x :x

He probably will be cup tied IMO...but it takes while to adapt to barcas system especially the midfield...he also has some big shoes to fill in iniesta. Rakitic has the rcm spot sewn up.

So IMO he wouldn't start during the business end for barca anyways. Iniesta has one more good year in him (he has already started to decline). This takes a lot of pressure of Pogba for 2016 and the season after that I expect him to be planted in that position for years to come.

It's obvious he is looking for stability and barca has a bright future. I'm sure he would be disappointed to miss he CL but wouldn't you rather go to the club you want to play for rather than an inferior team who has shown nothing in the CL thus far (man city)? Do you see any upside to going to man city rather than barca? I can't think of any

What worries me, if this Pogba rumor is true, is the gundogan rumors. Why are they shopping gundogan if they want Pogba?

Jonny Evans hasn't been offered a new #mufc contract and two big clubs are already keen on him (Apparently Everton and Spurs). This would be a great look to get him off the books now

I just want Pogba on any other team aside from Real Barca and Bayern Definitely not counting on it th

There's a report from a Barca fan site that says the club has signed Gundogan after going through extensive testing of his back. The fee is reported to be $34 mill.

Gundogan is reported to have received a 5 year deal that will also provide performance bonuses to Dortmund & Gundogan if he meets certain performance goals, such as appearances, goals scored, & titles in a deal similar to the one agreed with Arsenal & Vermaelen.

Barca will wear a special strip for the game this Saturday in honor of Xavi.

Looks like the leak we saw earlier is most likely the new home shirt for the next campaign.

Looks like Rafa will most likely take the reigns at Madrid... Perez prefers him because he's worked for the club before as B squad coach & later an assistant for del Bosque back in '94.

Klopp is reported to be the second choice.

hmmm ESPN FC just reported that man city are the favorites to get raheem sterling.

To me, that's the only club that has a chance for Sterling.

A) it's such a typical City Move (one that they've done before)
B) Raheem and Liverpool will both get their money so they could move on.
C) as long as it's not United.

As for Pogba going to Barca, said it months ago when no one believed it. It's either Real or Barca for him but after his agent shut Real down, it's Barca - it has to be. He damn sure isn't going back to England or PSG. Process of elimination should tell the story. Real to me still have an outside shot (like 20%) but the stars are aligning for Barca and Barca only.

I favor Arsenal to get Sterling. He said he wants to go back to London where he is from

Do you know a french guy by the name of Arsene Wenger?

Cause if you do, you'll know that's not happening.

Ehh, we got Alexis last summer, I would like to think that Wenger would look to add more to the roster with Chelsea so strong and the Manchester squad's reloading. I hope he doesn't believe we can stay pat and look to compete for the trophy next year.

Although it is being reported that we are set to get Arturo Vidal

Well he has been spending money recently and I can see it if they let go of Theo

Na, can't see it.

Liverpool and Arsenal don't get along after that Suarez fight they had. Wenger will spend but I don't think he'll gamble, their is a difference. Plus giving a 20 y/o kid a 150k week salary - No way. He'd rather spend money on someone more proven.

City on the other hand love gambles and have no problem giving him that type of cash.
